App doesn’t work anymore
App does not respond after update.
The app does not respond after the last app update. It does open but it doesn’t let me see the cameras live or the past recordings, the app closes after I tap on the play button. Also I can’t report an issue/problem because the app is free?
Tomtom security cameras
When I first downloaded iSmKit in 2017 everything was working great. But after I downloaded a iOS update on the apps. All the motion detectors alerts all stopped working. I tried everything to get them to work but this seems to be a apps trouble. Not my equipment. I was hoping for a bug fix but been about 2 years now without it working. Tomtom needs to come up with its own apps so I can bin this iSmKit

Won’t connect
I can’t get the app to install the camera just says offline. Ugh
Works well
Easy to set up, and works well. However and only recently, the app crashes when I try to switch one of my four cameras to HD... the other three work well. The cameras are equipped with a microphone but no speaker... thus only one way communication. Just like my marriage - lol.
Dies not work
The app stop working. I lost connectivity with my cameras.
Garbage
Push notifications are turned on, on my phone every time I turn them on in the app it turns itself back off. Do NOT buy the cameras that go with this app because the app is useless.
App stopped working
App worked for a month or so and now only tells me the alarms, but won’t show anything at all... so it’s on and connected, but “not connected” get it together.
No 4G connection
This only seems to work if your Mobile device is connected to WiFi. So with no 4G connection it is pretty much useless.
Upgrade please
Can you upgrade the app the be able to control everything so I don’t need the mouse and monitor. I’d like to everything from my phone. And I mean everything.
