No push notifications
This app is useless. It sends push notifications once in a blue moon. What good is a security system that does not detect movement and relay that information to you on your smart device? It gets a big fat zero from me!
The intercom doesn’t work
The intercom doesn’t work with tonton ip camara, the ptz function in the app doesn’t work.
2 steps forward and 1.98 steps back.
I really wish there was more quality control prior to releasing. This version of the app does A MUCH better job during playback of historical timeline. It also exports much better.
Now the bad. Trying to view an alarm message only works about 10% of the time with the other 90% stating “Preview_wait_generate-video” which never changes. The work around is to load the timeline and review manually. It’s cumbersome but works.
The other annoying feature is the new screen layout, there is a LOT of wasted real estate with features that I’ll never/can’t use (such as PTZ controls).
I wish there was a way that the app developers would solicit their user base and ask them what they need.

Screen now dims/ turns off after update. PLEASE FIX ASAP
App was okay before but now it’s not! Downloaded on iPhone and before when app was open the screen never dimmed or auto-locked. I had my iPhone set to Auto-Lock after 5min in the Apply Display setting. When I had the ISmKit app open watching the cameras it would by pass the Apple auto lock. Now after the Apple update and iSmKit update the Apple setting took over! I have to either keep hitting my phone when it dims or set it to never Autolock. Both are completely inconvenient choices. Leaving the phone with no Autolock kills my battery cause I don’t watch the camaras all the time, and don’t wanna keep changing settings. I forget sometimes to manually turn the phone off toss it in my bag and the screen stays lit killing the phone! And having to touch the phone ever 5 mins....inconvenient and if I forget to and it turns off than I gotta wait for the app to reload losing video feed again inconvenient!!! PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!!!!

Horrible update
Forces location tracking, takes twice as long to load which is not helpful when I’m trying to look at my cameras quick. The new layout is crap, stop trying to make stuff better. You just ruin it
New update needs work
The newest update has changed the app so now it allows your phone to go to sleep when the cameras are up. What’s the point of a security camera app if it doesn’t let you constantly view the live feed? Hopefully they fix this and put it back to the way it was in the next update.

Keeps crashing on opening

App opens but crashes while selecting a camera to view. So now worthless. Please revert changes or fix it

Deleted and reinstalled after update and now all is good again. Great app btw
After update this app is CRAP!
One star now does this app to much justice. I had to delete this app and hard restart my phone then reinstall multiple times before the app would even launch. Now that it launches there is NO F-ING AUDIO. None for recorded video and nothing during live video. I didn't buy a camera system with audio capabilities so I couldn't use it.
