Not working
I hope someone is correcting the issues with this app. Many businesses including myself count on this app to check in on things. Is there a new app that connects to our existing setup?

Not working after update.
Local experience no longer works after March 1st update. “Connecting, connecting, connecting...”. Luckily I didn’t update my IPad where it is still working fine.

Alert and Playback Malfunction
Mobile app has consistently malfunctioned since 03.2019 update. Both the info alert and video playback features no longer work.

Absolutely no support by phone, unless you Skype or are a computer expert, don’t buy this, after 3 weeks of emails, I give up.
My last camera was so easy and I could actually call someone if needed.
