Great concept, executed badly!
As a film producer I love Fat Lama, as a user however I hate their platform with a passion.
I wish they would fire every single one of their developers, UX/UI and design people and start again from ground zero. The interface is an utter disgrace. The app is practically unusable for messaging people on and crashes about every second time I use it. The website is badly thought out, to find information and navigate feels like it’s defined by a hardcore tech geek who has an aversion against user experience. The whole platform is buggy as hell.
I say this hoping someone at FL is listening and will take this feedback on board as I love what it is you offer, your customer service is fantastic, but your technology is absolute garbage!
