  • Not much content

I downloaded the app so I could try to follow the main event thinking I would get most of the action but it’s maybe 2 hours a day of coverage, most of which is watching boring hands get raised to 2.5 bigs and folded preflop over and over. Definitely was expecting a lot more content and/or more hand breakdowns. Too often they aren’t sure who or what to focus on and flip between hands in progress. It’s still a new service so maybe it will get better, but I definitely feel like I wasted $10.

  • You cant stream it on TV

I paid monthly subscrption (~15AUD) to watch WSOP.
Half of the events is not available in Aussie. I was trying to cast it on my tv using chromecast, although everything Im using is brand new top end hardware with maxed NBN internet stream is with poor quality and not stable (crashes after 5 mins with “decrypting errors” etc.).

  • Great coverage

Love PokerGo! Can’t wait until they go global and cover Aussie Millions!
  • Vast app improvements to make

The service is good - I like the variety and there are new shows being aired all the time. It’s the app itself that needs to be sorted.

The big thing they need to fix is remembering playback when you leave and come back to catch up.

I would also like to be able to drill down in to different show playlists easier. I only discovered the drop down by accident.

Awesome content, great way to watch live poker. There is a sizable backlog of various televised pro events, which is a valuable resource whether you seek entertainment or to improve your game.

Customer support is responsive and top notch. They are committed to providing a high quality experience and satisfying their customer.

    Highly recommend.

  • 5 star poker content!

I love everything about poker go from the monthly or annual subscription being reasonable to the amount of content and entertainment you can find on the app! They’ve also started showing mix game cash games which is awesome for true poker players to watch and get a feel as if they had a seat in Bobby’s room! Hope they continue to provide great content as always

  • Awful

Customer service is awful , shocking , paying for a service I am not getting doesn’t work .

Next to awful to paying for something and get next to no help about it working .

    Fuming
  • Don’t bother.

Don’t bother signing up to this app every event they cover seems to be “in a blackout region” soon as it hits final table meaning they don’t have the rights to cover it.

They won’t tell you this is the case just as it happens.

Was watching the WSOP main event then all of a sudden black out not allowed to view

Big drop Day 1/2 no problem Day 3 (final table) Black out not allowed to view.

So annoying not worth the money better off paying for Foxtel and getting ESPN2 it’s not much more expensive and gives full access.

  • Blacked out

Everything’s blacked out in Australia. No point.
  • Video starts over again and again

The content is great but the app makes it impossible for you to finish watching videos. If you go to another app and come back to it, the video restarts. Or you’ll be watching and a message will pop up saying you have logged in on another device and the video shuts off and you have to restart. For an app you have to pay for, this sub par quality. Especially at $10 a month. I will not pay for this. Maybe if it was a one time fee of $2.99 it would be worth all of the headaches but not for $120 a year. I’ll keep checking back to see if they correct this nonsense.
