It’s great to see the variety of poker events presented on PokerGo. The Pro’s have the same up’s and down’s that the rest of us do. Also I enjoy learning how they play various hands and positions.

I am surprised by the negative reviews ; I find PokerGo excellent - so easy to catch up on the tournaments and the commentary is legendary. Poker can be quite dry at times but the reporting is first class and the humour very consistent which makes it great to watch. Subscription safeBermyLondonTown

I decided to give my money to poker go again after not subscribing for 5 years and the app is STILL not functional , it still says that I’m not subscribed even though I just paid for a months subscription and it says It’s active on my iPhone settings
. Poker go has ruined live Poker for me for a long time now as they put much of the content behind a pay wall which prevents others around the world from seeing it. With all the hype and attention around poker these days , we need NEW EYES to see it so it can grow. Poker go prevents new eyes from seeing the game unlike when the Wsop was shown on ESPN and everybody was talking about . There high monthly/annual fees are high for what they offer. Entity’s like Hustler Casino are doing the right thing by showing free content and will eventually be more popular and successful than PokerGO , the whole platform just seems outdated and who ever thinks a large percentage ok poker players are going to pay monthly for this are insane. DO YOURSELVES AND THE PLAYERS A FAVOUR , make content FREE , publish more on YouTube , and start competing with the streams that will eventually put your buisness under if you don’t change the app functionality/ paywall / lack of getting players involved with there sport.Show lessBen sanderzon

Would be awesome if you could download videos to your device for when WiFi and data are unavailable. Without that the app isn’t worth much as rather watch on tv or laptop at that point.
Paying for this subscription without this option is very disappointing. YouTube seems to be the better platform for watching poker.Show lessLil Leach

The PokerGo customer service is second to none, I had a subscription problem that I couldn’t sort out, but the customer support service staff went way beyond my expectations to get me sorted out.

This is a great app to use for all the great poker content, I’ve used it for a long time now. My only complaint, and it’s a big one, is that it’s the worse streaming video app out there. It always freezes, doesn’t load, plays noise with just a blank video. Is there something you guys can do to reinvest a little of the money to make the streaming quality better for everyone? I know I’m not alone, there are so many reviews and people experiencing the same issues and you guys don’t seem to want to resolve it. Thanks!Show lessTdubs83

With the 2022 WSOP events all completed and streaming, I’ve been trying to go back and watch the ones I missed live. Quality is great, but if I don’t watch the entire 6hr+ stream at once, I start to have play back issues. The screen goes black, then the audio goes back to the beginning and I can’t continue the stream from where I last paused it, even if I close app and restart. Usually the worst and happens the most in the last hour of stream, which is really annoying since I can’t watch how the match ends after putting so much time into it. This has happens almost every time. Disappointing since I bought the year long membership and I can’t finish one episode with out problems. I mainly watch on my phone, and my phone is also brand new and using WIFi, maybe this isn’t a problem on the computer but shouldn’t be a problem on my phone as well. Hopefully they can fix this. If this wasn’t a problem I keep running into I would have rated it 5 stars.Show lesstsully727

App could use QOL adjustments
Every time I go from landscape to portrait mode the video stops. Oddly enough it doesn’t do that when going from portrait to landscape mode, not that I want that to happen. It gets really annoying when I’m trying to watch something while laying down because when I accidentally turn my phone to much my video stops. Can you guys just make it so video playback isn’t stopped when switching from landscape to vertical mode. That’s my personal gripe with the app right now.Show lessNebu6785
