Doesn’t do anything
This app doesn’t have any effect on any of the portraits I ran it on. The makeup remains the same after applying the filter and if reapplied multiple times the quality of the image degrades very rapidly.
Not a mature app, not sure what it does when it actually works but if the image quantity degrades so significantly I don’t expect much from the AI algorithms.Show lessYGAL

It was one of the best photo enhancing and makeup reducing apps out You now pay £4.49 for permanent make removal. Good deal. there a few years ago (am writing this review in 2022). January 2022, I re downloaded it from being archived/offloaded and all the functionality has been removed, just a series of instagram like filters, of which only some work and “remove”, which previously reduced the intensity of makeup (it did NOT strip it all off completely unlike the fevered headlines) doesn’t work at all. Doesn’t even work
I downloaded it to see if it could actually show what I look like without makeup on. Everytime I tapped an image and hit remove it just tinted the picture super dark and didn’t even take the makeup off. Just look like the same picture with the exposure turned wayyy down. Did that with about four pictures before I realized I only had one left that I could process and didn’t get to see any results. Stupid appShow lesskathryn_leahh
Basically an “ugly” Snapchat filter
So, I played around with this app for a while, and honestly it isn’t worth the download, or definitely the paid version.
I just wanted to test out how well it worked, and basically what it does is worsen complexion, over pluck the eyebrows, and wash out color.
I tried some pictures with and without makeup, and it really just made every picture look worse. I know what these people look like without makeup, and I’m not going to kid myself that this is what they look like without it.
If you want to believe that you’re “pulling the mask off of people” feel free, but you’re kidding yourself, it’s just an ugly Snapchat filter.Show lessReisodi

I don’t wear makeup, just wanted to see what I would like without make up when I am already not wearing any. Just makes you like paler and kinda just sick. All the men claiming this is a way for them to get back at women for putting on make up must be really sad incels. Otherwise this app is just another waste of time and a cash grab. Fix your app!
Doesn’t work! I tried multiple different photos, it didn’t remove any of my makeup, instead it inverted the colours on the photo. Junk app! Plus in the 10 minutes I had the app it crashed 4 times.

Used to work, now you just get the picture shaded black. Absolute junk.
Used to work about 3 months ago. You could do a pic and look at it for laughs and you only needed to pay if you wanted to keep the results.
Now the developers got greedy and limited all functionality until you pay $7. SEVEN BUCKS!! Hoooo boy what sellouts.
You can’t even try it now, the slider to ‘remove’ make up just makes the pic darker and darker.

Lol what?
I used the app while not wearing makeup and it still changed my face A LOT. I’m literally not wearing anything and it somehow made me look much worse (like it thought my naturally dark eyelashes, darker eyelid and pink lip are makeup so it removed them). It’s fun and games but really not accurate (at least for me). Would recommend only to people with sense of humor cuz otherwise this app doesn’t worth much lolShow lessNot A Bot lololol

i am mixed race. i used a picture with no makeup on. this app made me white, gave me thin eyebrows and changed my lip colour. the fact that it literally *white washed* me is absolutely disgusting. half the time it doesn’t even take your make up off but instead parts that are supposed to be there like your SKIN TONE. i’d rate 0 stars if i could.Show lessToast ♡
