Just call the store
Used this app 4 times to order from PV store and had issues 3 times. The last time they did not have my order. They were able to find order and I was told that it was on server but it had never downloaded to their order system. Not sure what that means. GREAT new app
The new app is FANTASTIC! Super easy to use, clear images and intuitive for everything from reviewing menu to special orders. It makes ordering simple, and clear ability review final order and make subsequent changes/additions without having to start over. Also, love the integration w/spin club locality account so I can either use points to pay or acquire points from purchase that are immediately credited to my account for future use. Such an improvement on last version and now just an overall GREAT app.Show less4JHAWKS
Loses order
I’ve placed an order, go to checkout, asks me to login, although I’m already logged in. After “logging” in again the order disappears and have to start over. And repeat, bottom line no order. And, add Apple Pay.jvcb
Healthy and delicious fresh food
Spin Pizza offers a variety of healthy food options on their menu . There are numerous choices of pizza and salads and sides, including cauliflower pizza crust and flat bread . The option of creating your own pizza is available as well. The menu items are so delicious and healthy . ( The Gelato choices are too tasty to pass up as a dessert ) Finally, the curbside pick up service being offered during the ( Covid 19) pandemic is just another plus adding to enjoying a healthy meal and feeling safe in choosing Spin Pizza .Show lessgrammie2gr8
Terrible app, stopped ordering from Spin
This is an absolutely terrible app. I love the restaurant and will likely return to the restaurant for in person dining after the pandemic. But this app is so bad I’ve stopped ordering from Spin. It repeatedly makes you login. It loses your order after you’ve put everything in. And it doesn’t allow any autofill, which is particularly painful since you can’t stay logged in. It’s been this way for a long, long time. It’s apparent they are not committed to building a quality app. There’s so many easier options out there that I’m going to stop wasting my time. I’ll check back in a year or so to see if it’s worth ordering from them again.Show lessKC Kevin
Multiple logins are ridiculous...and don’t work anyway!
I’m logged in to the app and can see my rewards points, so we shouldn’t have to login again to place an order, much less have that order applied to our rewards account. The problem is, I can’t even get logged in to the ordering area. Wasn’t sure I had the password right so I clicked a link to reset it, entered my email address, and instead of getting an email with a link to reset the password, I got one that says there no account associated with that email!!!! Of course there is - I’m logged in to the app with it!!!
Come on guys, please make the app functional. The world we are dealing with requires the ability to easily order online. You lost a sale tonight because I couldn’t.Show lessCarolMD123
Delicious Food. Useless App.
Great food and awesome customer service. I knocked 2 stars off because of the atrocious app. I literally cannot place an order via the app and always end up calling in my order and hoping that I get my points. I’m surprised that the app has not been fixed. Just read other reviews where people had the same issue. Glad to know it’s not user error.Show lessKrissyLeigh05
Easy working app
Works well, only issue I have is with the email/contact tab. Light grey font on beige background doesn’t work for older people. Font size could be bigger also.Nutsf15c
