Love the Food. Hate the App.
My main complaints:
1. Regularly requires sign in.
2. If you sign in after filling cart, cart is cleared.
3. Password reset email takes forever. Way passed the timeframe for ordering pizza.
4. Text fields for login and setting up account are discriminatingly small. Hard to read and use even with glasses. So small. Almost like a desktop view scrunched into a phone screen.
I have only successfully ordered from the app twice. All other times I have abandoned it... sometimes calling the restaurant others opting for something already in my fridge.Show lessRichard Sherman

I’ve emailed and lost two 14” pizzas on my points- it’s not connecting to the phone number on the app!Artpaws
App Needs Updating
The app needs updating, anytime you need to go back you have to start your entire order over, it does not save anything. The points don’t always register to your rewards, they take a few days and you have to remember to check. Otherwise you just lose them.B toto
Poor, very poor functionality
The app is good at letting you order and see your profile. But the checkout is a total disaster. I have to login again. It’s unreliable. It makes me start over all the time. Amazingly frustrating. Enough that you’ll want to order from somewhere else.Bg100908
Can’t finish orders
My wife or I cannot ever finish orders through the app or online. We press “place order” and it goes back to the start and clears the cart.cdspo

Have not been able to show the spin logo app on my phone so I could save in a folder, but I am signed up for rewardshauslady
Only partially helpful app
I have ordered a lot online from Spin thru the app with the expectation that when I am logged in, I will receive Spin Rewards for my purchase. That is NOT the case. The only thing you can do on the app is check rewards, you cannot earn them by ordering thru it. Big miss on the app developer’s part. Frustrating for consumers, too. I have had to send emails to their customer service to request credit. Unfortunately, if you pay online, they do not give you a receipt when you pick up the food. So there is no barcode to scan. I also have had issues with having to start my order over completely if I want to edit something or make a change. Lots of room for improvement here...Show lessC Dog Da Beast

Why in the world do you need separate accounts for order and rewards? Why in the world is it so difficult to order? Why in the world does it lose everything in the cart if you go back to change something? Terrible app. I love to order ahead on apps. This app is so bad that I don’t go to Spin! As often as I’d like.
