Annoying
First off, not sure why there are separate sign-ons for the Spin club and order pages. There should be a single sign-on for the entire app. Then the cart doesn’t remember anything. If you need to log-in. It forgets. Need to change location on check-out... it forgets. Furthermore there is a bug in the pick-up time selector that doesn’t really adjust the time, but changes your location in the background. Looks nice, but the app is frustrating for anyone trying to use it.Show lessSethB
Not working
Keeps kicking me out of ordering online back to the beginning like I didn't do anything. Also have to keep logging in repeatedly, can't use it at all.Kcatch
Please fix it
I was thrilled when spin announced they would have an app. I immediately downloaded it and found it to be an extreme disappointment. You cannot access a menu unless you attempt to order which has to pinpoint your location or have an enterable address. If you leave the app, meaning it is still open, to answer a phone call or use text or anything else it completely dumps any order you may have in process.
The ability to receive messages from spin management works fine monitoring your points works fine placing an order online atrocious.Show lessDawn Teufel

Good food, horrible app
I had ordered through another app recently, and decided to order pick up. Great. They have an app. Downloaded, setup an account, went to order, it asks for my login. Then starts over again. Ordered as a guest, said my order would be ready at a specific time, so I drove there on time. Waited 7 minutes to be greeted at the pickup area. Finally, a girl walks up, I tell her I have a pickup order, and she says they don’t have it. So I waisted a solid 20 minutes due to an app the SHOULD make it more convenient.Show lesshuewish

Really buggy
Here’s how it goes:
Login with the app, choose location, go through the menu a pick your items to order, enter your payment info, then it prompts you to login and erases everything you just did. Doesn’t work! Barcode scan of receipt doesn’t work either.spin your wheels
Terrible
So many errors it’s ridiculous. Signed in with my Facebook app but then wanted me to sign in again when it comes to ordering. Hopefully their tech support fixes the issues otherwise it will just remain extremely frustrating and stupid.Niko3295
Can’t actually log in and order
It’s fine for Spin! Club membership and points tracking but ordering doesn’t work:
Lost my order when I tried to log in. Emailed password didn’t work. Finally fought through all of that and got an error message. 20 minutes wasted for a second time.
