Frustrating to use.

Most of the claims made by the developers don’t seem to work. My email is full of unwanted spam with no clear way to stop it. I get a half a dozen emails pushing for web page development. I constantly get dropped calls. My phone will ring a few times then when I answer I can’t hear anything on the other line. I then have to try and call back using a different phone number. Many of the calls are spammers. Makes no sense to me as two of my phone lines are strictly for my business. Can’t access voicemails. So frustrating. Broken web page links. I have to forward the links to a different browser so I can see the content. That’s so annoying. Desktop app doesn’t work. I just get that spinning timer. Customer service is beyond frustrating. I tried many times to explain the problems but it seems like I was committing with a bot and it would just direct me to FAQ that doesn’t solve any of the problems. I literally re-installed my phone and desktop web browser with no other extensions to try and get it to work and it won’t. I wanted this app to be a solution for my customers and for my business; I’ve had to pivot hard to use other services and basically drop this app as a solution. It seemed so promising and seemed to offer everything I needed but unfortunately it just doesn’t work. I don’t see a purpose of renewing the subscription unless the above can get fixed.

MySudo Provides Peace of Mind for Online shopping.

My wife feels a lot safer knowing she is using MySudo for shopping and subscribing to store emails for shopper discounts, and so do I. It gives us an extra layer of security by keeping our personal information private, and it’s reassuring to know that her email is not exposed. MySudo’s features make online shopping much more secure and stress-free, especially when signing up for deals or using unfamiliar sites. It’s definitely a smart choice for anyone looking to protect their privacy while still enjoying the benefits of online shopping.

Hi Cleonw, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately our telephony costs for acquiring phone numbers, calling and messaging is significantly higher in the UK than in the US. 😬 We are looking at ways at reducing these costs and at the same time providing plans that are better tailored to the UK. Of course in the meantime Sudo to Sudo messaging / calling / video is free, unlimited and provides complete security and privacy via end to end encryption. Sudofree also includes secure email and safe browsing. Regards Team Sudo

WORST Scam App ever

Stay away at all costs. Moved my companies numbers over to Sudo and now we can’t send out any out going text. It’s been 72 hours and we missed out on hundreds of customers. Trash app.

Sudo will say their server can’t handle the volume when in reality my subscription isn’t even showing on my account anymore and now they refuse to reply.

Took my money and my customers away. Fk Sudo

Caution: once installed, the data cannot be removed or reset without resetting the entire device. What a bizarre flaw!!!! Now I’m stuck with a junk account while trying to recover a previous account that’s now impossible to reach! Utterly pointless.

Great option for compartmentalization

My first review of this app was a one star review because I was having issues loading and working the app under my proton VPN. A developer reached out and said it might be the location of the server. Once i troubleshooted, that was exactly the issue. I appreciate the response MySudo!

I use this service to compartmentalize my life, and to that end it has been great. My spam calls have effectively dropped to 0. I use it for work. Play. Night outs. Local pizza places. And the most intimate of relationships. The ONLY issue I can see is it’s a VIOP service. So if your cellular connection is 2 or 1 bars, it’s gonna be very hit or miss. Full service wi-fi or full cellular even with a VPN and it is flawless.

Again, thank you to the MySudo team for helping me with my issue, and please…stay independent and focused on privacy. You do that and you have a lifetime user.

Hi, like any telephony service, if you have a weak signal (wi-fi or cell signal) the call quality will be reduced. When making calls on any service you need a reasonable network signal, the stronger the better quality the call will be. In regards to using a VPN, MySudo has no problem working with a VPN. However some VPN egress/exit points can end up on published blocked lists. If your selected egress location is on a blocked list, MySudo will be blocked and therefore not work. The workaround is to simply change your egress location if this happens. Alternatively you can use the MySudo VPN which has been optimised for MySudo. Taking your data after you paid

Paid for a UK number. Then they ask for scan of my passport. They say it is needed by regulation but this is not true. Tell me before hand before you take my money, then I can take my money elsewhere.
