I’ve been using GoToMyPC for over 10 years now and I absolutely love it and I found no other product that even comes close.
Absolutely Solid
It a rock solid app does what it should crisply. My only drawback is it is a bit pricey. But I have used it for all my remote work for bout 5 years because it works!
Perfect for me.
I use the app to look up information when on my iPad and traveling, particularly when I am at a hotel. It’s perfect for reference use.

Best remote product ever
Works great with notebooks, tablets, and smart phones. Virtually no delays, even when scrolling. Simply the best program for connecting to office computers and servers— even if the office computer has a double screen.
Works perfectly
I have found this program to work virtually flawlessly. I can work on my own desktop virtually anywhere. The cost is far less than individual online versions of each program and is far more versatile
Disappointing experience connecting to a windows pc
From a Linux-based browser, I get a message: Sorry, this machine operating system is unable to connect to “...”. Please try using Windows or Mac OS X.
This is inconsistent with the product claim to “Access your Mac or PC from Anywhere”. Is this false advertising?
From an iPad, it is very difficult to navigate through the windows menu. I am very disappointed with the undisclosed limitations and awkward navigation capabilities of this product.

Pretty good but needs more options & to be optimized
Overall this works well but it’s all rather cramped on my 10.2 in iPad . It does work with 3rd party mouse and my keyboard case but the screen needs to be better optimized. I don’t need so much stuff on the screen at one time. I don’t need keyboard or keyboard short cuts on the screen at all times. Just give me some ways to hide operating stuff as I need it. Mouse support works but I don’t need this huge mouse icon on screen all the time. Overall it does work and it works well but it should be better. If I am in a pinch I can use my iPad to work from home but I much rather be on my iMac because that version looks and operates cleaner .

Never let me down
Been using GoTo for over 10 years, worldwide, on PC’s and iPad and it has been totally reliable. Don’t know what I would do without it.
The most frustrating app out there
Working from home on an iPad with this app is the worst user experience. The iPad isn’t going to be the best for performance, which I knew beforehand, but it’s absolutely infuriating to have to keep logging back in to the main login screen if you’re idle for more than 2 minutes. This is so impractical.
