The only thing that will make you use an aggregator is to have someone who listens to you if you have an issue, however they have a terrible customer service .. you can’t talk to anyone through the phone .. only a chatbot that keeps repeating same sentences .. will not use it again
الشيء الوحيد الذي يجعلك تستخدم تطبيق كهذا هو وجود خدمة عملاء في حال وجهت مشكلة مع مزود خدمة وهذا هو العمل الوحيد لمسؤولي التطبيق ولكن الخدمة سيئة ولا يوجد رقم اتصال .. واجهت مشكلة مع مزود الخدمة ولم اتمكن من الاتصال مع اي شخص من منجز علماً بأني طلبت ذلك بشكل متكرر في المحادثة

سيء ولا أنصح به
طلبت مبلط يركب بورسلان ونعلة فوم بيضاء. وركبها بشكل شوه منظر الغرفة وراح أرجع أشتري نعلة جديدة وأطلب تركيب من أحد ثاني. غير مماطلة إدارة التطبيق راح أكثر من شهر ما عوضوني لين هددت بتبليغ وزارة التجارة.
