Love DNA

I use DNA daily. The analytics are better then what Instagram displays, plus it has features that no other app offers. Worth the try!

Doesn’t Work!

I had this app for two days and I wasn’t able to use it once. Every time I tried to get into the app it would buffer for 20 minutes and then crash. When I tried into get into the app again right after, it would try to sign me in and then crash immediately. I was super excited to use this app as it looked extremely promising, but being that I wasn’t even able to see what it looked like due to the constant crashes was very discouraging. For an app that cost $8.99 a month I would have expected a fully functional app.
Disappointed.

Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to review DNA for Insta. Facebook recently experienced a bug from the 15-17th of July that prevented users from accessing DNA. Waisted My Time

So I was looking for a app to help me and I found this and downloaded it. I opened it up to see what it was about and the first thing that popped up was a slide asking me to make a subscription. I moved around the screen a little trying to see if there was something to click on other than subscribe but there was nothing. They app might be good but I’ll never know.

Fantastic idea! Has some frustrating bugs

The analytics are great! This is the best app for analytics that I’ve found. But, the grind planner is awful. If I import more than one photo at a time, it adds lots of photos that I didn’t select, doesn’t add some photo that I did select and deletes photos that I had already placed in the grid. This makes the grid planner completely unusable. Also, some of the profiles for the discovery tab take forever to load. I help manage social media for a Fortune 500 and manage multiple artists social media profiles. I have gotten multiple people to subscribe to this app, but I am thinking I may have acted prematurely. I know this app is fairly new so hopefully these bugs can be fixed quickly, especially for $8.99 per month.

It hasn’t made it past the loading screen.

I am very interested to use this app, but I’m still in the free trial period and it has yet to pass the loading animation.

I have deleted the app from my phone and redownloaded I’m an attempt to make headway, but aside from being able to log in via Facebook, there has been no progress. Please help/fix.

I’m disappointed

I accidentally downloaded this app & quickly cancelled afterwards.
Tell me why this app was charging me $17 a month on private and I could not figure out why there was $17 coming out of my account until I phoned Apple & was told it was because of this app.
I’m SUPER disappointed because I have not used this app whatsoever & I had $34 taken out of my account added up.
I WANT A REFUND. This is absolutely unfair..

Such a time saver!!!

I use DNA every day! I love how easy it is to navigate and understand all of my insights. I check this app daily to see my best times to post, and also use it every time I am about to post a photo to get the recommended hashtags for a higher reach. Love that everything is catered to what is best for my Instagram specifically!

LOVE THIS APP

This app is so neat and I would recommend for anyone that has a business profile on Instagram! From being able to view trending hashtags to being able to track your Instagram analytics... so many amazing features! I love being able to grid plan your feed as well!

The BEST analytics app!

This app is amazing! As a blogger, I use it daily to get a better sense of my analytics and how I can improve my content. I love that this app has every feature I need in one place!

Five Stars!!

I absolutely love this app! The grid planner is so great and I use it every single time that I post a new picture. I also check DNA for Insta before I post to see the best time each day to post a picture. There are so many awesome features on the app and I think that everyone should use it!
