Expensive

Expensive and doesn’t work

Not the right Fitbit app

Not the right app. Scammed me out of 80$. They make it look like it’s the app for the Fitbit. Not true. Scam.

scam

i would rate it 0 if that was a option. All these stupid apps you have to pay for! You pay £60-£200 for the watch it’s self then have to pay x,y amount of money to use the thing? absolutely ridiculous. i wouldn’t mind if it was a couple of quid but £60!!!!! robbing us utterly blind. Half of the apps don’t even do what they say…. don’t waste your money

Not worth it

Overhyped overvalued underwhelmed way too hard to set up three days, and it still will not work going back to get cheap simple one they’re more concerned about the data

New Fitbit

Very disappointing. The advert said amongst other things it recorded heart rate and activity but on top of £90 for the Fitbit you’ve got to shell out the same again to subscribe. Maybe I’m doing something wrong as a friend recommended it for the heart monitor aspect which on hers is free. Might be sending it back if I can’t work this out.

Doesn’t sync and support is non existent

I purchased the lifetime subscription when I switched from fitbit to I watch but still wanted to access the friends data that is tracked by fitbit. The app initially worked but started to not sync steps (but still synced sleep data). After attempting to send the app logs to support (as per the online help) via the app didn’t work, I cut/paste the logs and emailed to support multiple times with no response. After contacting bickster via social media to resolve the issue, all I got was “were working on it” with no eta on a resolution (over a 3 week period of time). Today I received a message from bickster (via pm on social media) with a link to Apple support for a refund. Unfortunately Apple policy doesn’t allow for refunds on purchases past 60 days. I’ve now contacted my card issuer for a refund since the app doesn’t work and bickster isn’t interested in addressing the issues with their app.

Don’t bother

I started using this to begin with it was really successful whether there’s a bug in it or after awhile it just stops working. It drove me mad for days. I was really on track with counting calories and having a deficit but now it’s not working and I’ve spent more time trying to get it to work, then I wanted to
