I purchased the lifetime subscription when I switched from fitbit to I watch but still wanted to access the friends data that is tracked by fitbit. The app initially worked but started to not sync steps (but still synced sleep data). After attempting to send the app logs to support (as per the online help) via the app didn’t work, I cut/paste the logs and emailed to support multiple times with no response. After contacting bickster via social media to resolve the issue, all I got was “were working on it” with no eta on a resolution (over a 3 week period of time). Today I received a message from bickster (via pm on social media) with a link to Apple support for a refund. Unfortunately Apple policy doesn’t allow for refunds on purchases past 60 days. I’ve now contacted my card issuer for a refund since the app doesn’t work and bickster isn’t interested in addressing the issues with their app.
