I love the review cameras, however I need some help on how to review my cameras. I’m not sure what the problem is I can’t go back and make any reviews of what was previous. Would love to have someone help me with that.

After a few months they have updated the app and now it works again!! Thank you for not abandoning your customers and allowing them to continue to access their hardware.

Finally it got updated
As an iphone user, when I updated the ios some time ago to 17 this app unfortunately stopped working. All it does is crash every time I try to get on the app. So glad that the developer finally updated the app and now works as intended! The UI changed a bit from before but overall I think it’s a lot better than the older version.Show lessBascrate
Non working
At first the app worked fine and now when you click the app it starts loading and boots us off. We have deleted and reinstalled the app several times we tried updating it does not allow. So the manufacturer tell us how you going to fix this issuenot5star

Worked until it didn’t.
Worked fine for months. Now it auto crashes every time a camera is selected. Deleted app, reset app, deleted account, reloaded app. Still doesn’t work. I don’t think anyone is there behind this app anymore.Donnertal
There is no support.
This company is horrible, they will not answer calls, email or anything. They will not update any cameras they don’t even offer any of the cameras that I need for system. Most of the cameras are junk and their app can’t even be supported anymore by Apple or iPhone. so now this whole camera system is useless and going to be contacting the Better Business Bureau making a complaint and going other avenues. If anybody reads this, do not make the mistake of using this company, be forewarned.Show lessWood3462
Lates ios upgrade, app crashes
The app needs an update to run in compatibility with latest apple update. Are the developers sleeping here???Kamal.gill11
Used to work well until IOS update 17.1.1
Thanks to Apple this app no longer works. As you can see it hasn’t been updated in 4 years and Apple doesn’t care at all to make their software backwards compatible with apps. Maybe LAView will update the app but I doubt itpj001776
Do Not Bother
I downloaded the app. Got everything set up. It found my device and recognized all the cameras. I am able to access and configure my recorder. Then the app shut down. It will no longer load. I’ve removed and reloaded the app a few times and always the same thing.Chrama3
