iOS 17.1.1 makes this app unusable.
UPDATE: for everyone with crashing app due to the iOS 17.1.1 update - Download and use LTS CONNECT. Use your same log in and it works great! This info is below in another iOS 17 crash review.
The app opens and logs in, but clicking on anything within the app immediately shuts the app down. Shutting down the app or restarting the phone does not resolve the issue. Developers if you are out there please fix this!!Show lessScott's Place

After installing the latest version of iOS the app crashes anytime a camera view is opened. The app is now effectively useless.robertbray67
LaView incompatible with IOS 17.0.3 update
I have been running a LaView home security system with 16 cameras and a LaView NVR for 7 years. I have upgraded the cameras from time to time. The last IOS update to 17.0.3 is incompatible with the LaView Connect APP. LaView has always had awful customer service - you can never get them to answer the phone on either the sales or technical side. Now, they appear to be making no effort to update their app to maintain compatibility with the OS updates from Apple. I will swap out my NVR for one that is made by a company willing to update their products and has better customer service.Show lessNctrailerpark
Non working
At first the app worked fine and now when you click the app it starts loading and boots us off. We have deleted and reinstalled the app several times we tried updating it does not allow. So the manufacturer tell us how you going to fix this issuenot5star
LaView Connect not compatible after iOS update
Do not buy anything from this company. They have the worse customer service. I bought a NVR camera system and was monitoring the cameras via LaView Connect app. Recently apple updated its iOS operating system to 17.0.3. Now the app is not compatible with the new update and the app crashes when you try to open it. I tried to get LaView technical support for help via email because they don’t answer the phones. They suggested I try 3 different apps, one which has been discontinued over a year ago and the other two are not compatible either. I contacted them via email and let them know their suggestions didn’t work but now they’re not responding back. Does this mean I have to buy a new camera system? IOS Update
App crashes with new phone update and company hasn’t updated their app in 4 years. Now I’m left with an expensive camera system that can’t be accessed from our phones. Customer service for this company is almost non existent.ipools inc

iOS17 update not compatible
My phone updated to the new iOS 17 and the app kept crashing! I reached out to customer support and the next day they notified me they were working on it. They also told me to download LTS Connect and log in and it’s working perfectly!!M013016
App crashes on iOS 17
The app is completely useless on iOS 17 as it crashes when trying to view a camera. This is unacceptable from both LaView and Apple. LaView has had 3 months to make sure their app worked on iOS 17 and did nothing. Apple, as the app gatekeeper, should require all apps work on their newest os or be removed from the App Store. What’s the point of Apple’s App Store monopoly if they let developers keep apps that haven’t been updated in 4 years? I blame both LaView and Apple. This needs fixed today!Show less1GreatAppReviewer
