iOS 17 app crashes
I updated my phone to iOS 17 and after they the camera app would crash every time I would get into app. Redownload It twice and still happens. Very disappointing because now I can’t see any of my cameras on the app.LaView cameras
Moved from LaView Net to LaView Connect
When my IP cameras, NVR could not be viewed remotely, I was advised by LaView to switch to the LaView Connect app. Everything worked again, it was an easy fix and works great.remote view
No notifications
I stopped getting notifications starting from 2 weeks ago or so. Tried everything, still no notifications. Stay away from this company. Seriously!!!UserUser123123123
Stay away from anything to do with Laview
Absolutely no tech support by phone. One of the worst companies to deal with when it comes to customer service. You cannot reach them by phone. Mobile app does not work.Bluesgtr
Notifications stopped working
Notifications don’t come in all of a sudden, notifications are enabled, I’ve restarted app, updated phone, logged out and logged back in, everything and it still wont get any notifications.crism818
It’s like abandoned app
😒😒there no way to connect the camera & there no update , nothing is being done . The app forced close while I’m trying to add the camera. Again do NOT BUY THEIR CAMERA, there better camera and they have support and update all the time . Don’t waste ur money and energyabaMirna

App won’t even pick up a wifi signal that I’m clearly on and using for 65 home devices including other LaView camera’s sad. Very disappointed.rDizzle_9
Worthless Company
This company has the absolute worst customer service you can ever imagine. It is the biggest mistake of anyone’s life to buy any of their equipment. I had a new Wi-Fi router installed and cannot input the Wi-Fi name and password into my system to view my cameras. I get one email a day answering one question a day half heartedly with terrible follow up. I now learned that the old app is no longer supported and I had to download this app. If I take a picture of the q.v. code it says this Device is already in-service. If you hit their unbind button it ask you for a password which I submit and it will not take. I am in a high crime area and I have not been able to view my cameras for the last three weeks. I am at the point of pulling this crap out of my house and throwing it in the trash.Show lessThoat
Cannot get motion push notifications
I have the settings to allow push notifications whenever motion is detected. But never receive any notifications from the appgdjicndb
