Inconsistent
I have 2 stores one store is works without any problems the other goes offline every few months. I have trying to get help from support. Lately I have had no response from them. The call center is closed and whoever handles the emails never responds.J1234g5678

Gets the job done!
Recently I have needed to be on patrol because of a surge in crime in my area, and these cameras work great for me. I am able to see my entire street, record and playback footage, and even give my kids access to the cameras. The only problem I have with this app is that the interface of the app is a-little subpar.Show lessNicquery J.
Some improvements
I can say after using their apps for a number of years that this is an improvement in some ways, like I can finally rename my devices so they show as something other than a serial number, and there is now a way to see previews of devices when you click on them. Tech support has improved, amazingly. I was quite surprised when the person I spoke with was both knowledgeable and helpful. Can’t necessarily complain, to be honest, but I appear to be in the minority. Perhaps others are using the NVRs for things/features that I don’t need.Show lessStan Levine
Pushing doorbell button no longer rings the phone
Pushing the doorbell button no longer rings the phone on iOS (Android still works). I already tried resetting the doorbell itself. Reset the app. Re-enabled all app permissions. Nothing worked.
I had to switch to the app “Laview ONE” on iOS and it works.
