iPad Viewing
Did something change a couple of weeks ago?
I monitor 9 cameras on my ipad. I used to be able to change camera positions on my screen by putting my finger on an image and then dragging it to another position. Now I can only do that by holding my cursor on an image and dragging it to a different position. Also in the past all my images stayed on the screen unless I closed the LTS App.
Now the App closes after a while by itself, and then when I open the App none of the images are in the same place as they were when it closed. I hope this can be resolved soon if it’s related to some changes that happened recently.

poor usability
The app has usability issues. Repeated 5-minute notifications disrupt viewing, and pressing back returns users to the home screen, requiring date and time to be reloaded. Each window must load individually, with no batch option for playback. Fast-forward options are unreliable, freezing or moving too quickly, and the favorites feature lacks efficient organization. Developers could improve the experience by addressing these issues and testing the app to understand user challenges better.

App closes
My app was working fine until LTS Connect got an update. That was two updates ago. It closes once I try to view my cameras inside my network, but outside of my network it works fine. I spent 3-4 thousands of dollars on all LTS devices. I bought a new iPhone still the same problem, I even defaulted my modem, still doesn’t work. When are you going to come of with a new update TO FIX this problem??

Last preview issue
Previously before the latest update, my cameras always showed the latest view when I opened the app. After the update I do not see the latest view. all I see is camera number and a blank screen on my iPad and always the same preview on my iPhone. It does not show the latest preview.
Latest Update - Avoid
The latest update (5.4.4) has messed up a really great cctv app! Login issues, so now cannot login to my account! Can view only via guest mode but response is really slow!
iPad issues
Previously before the latest upgrade, my cameras always showed the last view when I opened the app. After the upgrade I do not see them, all I see is camera number and a blank screen. Of course it will refresh after I click on the camera. This only happens on my iPad, iPhone works fine.
Update 5.4.4 prevents access to home screen
Up until the arrival of the latest update (5.4.4) I would have given this app 5 stars but now I can no longer access the home screen of the app. The app opens with a screen stating “Add devices to get intelligent guard services”; the options are scan QR code, add manually or online device. I don’t have a QR code to scan; it won’t accept a serial number, and it doesn’t find any online devices. If there was an option to bypass the “Add” screen and ignore the “intelligent guard services” I could get to the home screen, but sadly there isn’t. I’m hoping an new update will sort this problem out.

Drop outs
We’ve had our cameras for awhile now and since the new software update. it just constantly drops out when we are trying to open our cameras on our iPhone devices to see what is happening around our place. Please fix the bugs in this software.
Latest versions of app not compatible with Doorbell camera
After latest app updates, we lost all functionality of LTS LHS-7132-Wifi doorbell. We lost ability to receive calls, notifications, and control of settings.
We tried rebooting the doorbell and adding it to the app again, but app absolutely refuses to connect to doorbell. Switching Wifi always fails. App claims that password is incorrect even though password is correct, and Wifi is infact connected. Impossible to get past Wifi switching part of wizard.
App should offer manual selection of device type and full manual installation as work around.
App is pretty much useless for anything other than viewing cameras attached to NVR.

Horrible engineering
This app is an engaging failure. LTS Australia customer support is horrendous. Customers keep complaining about not being able to play recorded events. This problem has been around for a long time and LTS is incapable of solving it. Shame on you.
