  • Update wiped out credentials

    Terribly buggy app that wiped out credentials for everyone in our house and you have to make a bunch of phone calls and emails to get them back. Not helpful at all.

  • This app never works

    It’s extremely buggy, doesn’t log credentials appropriately, and almost never works. Why are we paying so much for this all as an HOA when clearly the $ aren’t going into making it any better? I’ll be encouraging my HOA to look for a new vendor that actually keeps their app working.
