Update wiped out credentials
Terribly buggy app that wiped out credentials for everyone in our house and you have to make a bunch of phone calls and emails to get them back. Not helpful at all.BDP22287
This app never works
It’s extremely buggy, doesn’t log credentials appropriately, and almost never works. Why are we paying so much for this all as an HOA when clearly the $ aren’t going into making it any better? I’ll be encouraging my HOA to look for a new vendor that actually keeps their app working.Ayriana
Update doesn’t work
They updated the app yesterday and now it doesn’t work at all. I even deleted the old app and installed the new one and nothing comes up but a general app information screen. No links to anything.

Make sure to swipe left when first opening
The intro screen doesn't make it obvious but you have to swipe left to go through all the pages before you can log in. It should be clearly explained but it isn't.Mazaj man
Buggy App
I have used this for 30 minutes and already identified the app has major bugs. Editing visitors on iPhone causes the UI to freak out and then you’re stuck. Can’t believe nobody identified that issue in testing prior to releasing it, or worse it was identified and they moved to production without fixing it.Show lesskooyfish
Date problems
It’s easy to enter names on the permanent list, but one time visitors or vendors are a problem. I cannot change the date of the visit. It is always today, and I can select how many days. I cannot put in a visitor for tomorrow or the day after.MyNicknameqwertyppigr
Can you guys add an option to send to cell numbers instead of emails!
It’s inconvenient to have to ask everyone for their emails when most people use phones to communicate via text or call. I have everyone’s number that is visiting me but not their email.

I downloaded and it is nothing but a splash screen. Is zero stars an optionnjhack
Filled with glitches
This app is filled with fields that don’t work properly. The custom date field on the Visitor List will only allow you to enter the current day’s date without a date range. The same is true for the Vacation page. This essentially makes the app useless. It inconveniences the visitor, the owner, and security as more follow up is required. FIX IT!Show lesstiredsahm
