  • Where is the epass option?

    I just moved into a new community using this app and they gave us screen grabs that show how to send a pass using the envelope icon. There is no icon on my visitor list page! What happened to it? Can you send an epass using this app or not?
  • Needs a code for access

    I would give 5 stars if the app had at least a 4 digit security code for access. Its not that hard, please add this feature in the next update.
  • CRAPtastic!

    I Can never use it when I need to; I have to call the security guard to add a guest.
  • Needs improvements

    Seems unnecessary for us to have to email the barcode to ourself then screenshot it and then text it to our guest. Why not add a text to number feature. Not “text” to @phone carrier email address. Imagine the convenience of just texting it directly to a persons phone without all the extra steps!!!
  • Texting a pass

    It would be much easier to use this app if it allowed sending the guest pass via text message.

    Terrible....unable to login ...much more convenient to simply call the gate!

    Technology is supposed to be user friendly, so I am sorry to hear you are unable to log-in. We are going to send an email to the software administrator at your community to let them know.   • Terrible Version

    The app was working fine until the latest update. Now I can no longer view the time a guest/vendor entered and a log of entries beyond the current day.

    Didn’t the developer perform any user testing before migrating this update?

    Thanks for the review and providing some details of your frustrations with the app. Yes, we have a lengthy quality control testing process, but I can see your point of view when something goes missing in a new release. As part of our release process, we decided wait 48-hours after the release date to enable the "Recent Activities". You should be able to view all of the activity by now, so please let us know if you are still have issues.
