Good but could be great

I love the concept of this app and don’t know of anything else that combines a timer and exercises in this way. I find it annoying though that when using workday mode (with the timer), not all my downloaded exercise packs are available in that mode. Can this be fixed? Also, would be nice to have different music choices - I’m not keen on the existing music.

I don’t want to use Sign In with Apple

I don’t want to use “Sign In with Apple”. Call me old school, but I have no issues managing my own accounts via email and I don’t plan on using Apples single sign on ever. In turn I can’t use your app.

Don’t install this app if you don’t intend to use it they give you seven day free trial

But if you install it you will not be able to uninstall it unless you sign up so unfair it’s really be reported to Apple you are forced to sign up and not able to uninstall it until you sign up...
I have been trying to uninstall it for days with no success.. I have even contact the developers and have not responded to me..

I wanted to love it

As a full time wheelchair user it gets a bit frustrating to constantly be searching for an exercise app that takes your needs into account. I’ve yet to find one so instead continue to do all the routines I put together from other sources over time and printed out. So I was so hopeful finding this app. Sitting exercises! Just what I needed!

Unfortunately the second “sitting” exercise my routine showed me was someone getting up from the chair to peer over the table. So that was out. I tried to adapt to it by leaning and peering from my seated position but it was a bit demoralising to fall at the second hurdle.

I’ve done a few more routines to see if I could get a bit more out of it. The airplane routine was a bust when I realised it included exercises like lunges in the aisles (fair enough - it didn't say it was solely seated). Car exercises had a little more promise although I couldn’t do them all.

I really wanted to love it and be able to use it as often as my health allowed but I can’t say I’m as excited now. The idea is good and the app is well designed and easy to use but like all the other fitness apps I have tried so far, unfortunately completely overlooks people with limited mobility who still want to try and exercise.

Overshadowed by its flaws

I really want to like this app, as it’s such a great idea to compile easy exercises and sort them by where it’s convenient to do them.

However, it is not possible to silence the obnoxious sound effects (at least, not while using earbuds). This is a real pain if you’re trying to do some easy exercises to wind down in bed, or while on a Zoom Call. Furthermore, I was shocked to hear the whip cracking sound effect that starts a set of exercises. I personally associate this with slave drivers, and I do not want to associate the horrible legacy of the Atlantic slave trade with exercising, which should be something positive.

I was also appalled this morning to see an exercise reminder encouraging me to “earn that meal.” This kind of phrasing absolutely contributes to eating disorders. An exercise app does not need to mention food or weight at all. Exercise is about strengthening your body and feeling good. I don’t want this kind of negativity and pressure linked to my exercise.

With these flaws marring the app, I’ll be canceling my free trial. It’s a real bummer because this app could have been so useful to me.

Stopped working (fun while it worked)

My app stopped working last week. The videos don’t load it just shows the image with a spinning wheel.
I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app but it’s the same problem.
iPhone 8, version 13.3.1
I have 1 week now unable to use and 2 weeks left on my subscription. Can I please be refunded for 3 weeks. Thank you

Great for pre teens

Fun and works well to encourage pre teens to exercise

Worth the money

I bought this out of curiosity because it sounded too good to be true, but it really works! It helps me so much! As a 20 year old with a mostly sedentary lifestyle, this app has helped me to do short exercise routines of varying levels (fun is my favourite, my sister enjoy the bashing pillows one) while I’m waiting for food to cook, or watching tv. It’s definitely helped me to reshape my habits.
The only thing I do have to say about the app that has caused me not to give it 5 stars is that after a while there aren’t a lot of variations you can do that you haven’t done before. I’d love to see some new fun routines thrown in because it is starting to get a bit old now.

Great app! Please make this available for watch. I don’t always want my iPhone on me!

ALSO PLEASE TURN OFF THE UGHH SOUNDS AND THE DINGS...RUINS MY VIBE ESPECIALLY IF IM AT WORK I DONT WANT SOME DUDE YELLING WHEN I OPEN THE APP...has happened a few times where he’s yelled loudly with my phone not on silent. You’ve enabled the ability to turn off music but you also need ability to turn off sound effects please. This goes for POMOGO TOO.

this is a really great app. as someone who has depression and often can't find the strength to get out and go for a walk, these quick workouts have made me more energised and motivated. it really is a genius idea! I only wish there were more routines in the free version.
