Your iTunes account will be charged beginning at confirmation of purchase for the entire term of the plan you choose and then again at the beginning of each applicable term. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings after purchase. Our 1-year subscription plan renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. I’ve listen to several meditations and so far this has been very relaxing. I wish the meditations were longer because it takes me a little bit more time to relax however I’m new into this so maybe that will get better. I also wish in the meditations spoke a little longer. It would be nice if there was an option to automatically roll into the next meditation within a series so that you do not have to break out of your relaxed state to open another session. If that option is there I just have not discovered it yet. I’m interested to see if there’s ever a refresh and change. There seems to be a lot of content on this app. I was initially only going to do the free version but after the daily meditation that it provided me I upgraded to the subscription. I don’t really have time toMake therapy sessions work in my schedule so I hope this might be a good first start for self improvement, inner focus, and motivation.
