Keeps charging
DO NOT GET THIS APP! I have cancelled the service as I no longer have a camera but I am still getting charged and it won’t stop charging me! I consider this APP fraudulent until I get a refund of the 2 charges you just took out of my account. Not happy nor impressed!!insanedexals

Absolutely Junk app.
After require setting up an account advertising come up all over the screen, confusing user have to click the ad before access to the camera, not secure and app freeze up constantly. Have to remove this ycc365 junk app for protect my network.Ifone_lover

The camera is good but unfortunately the app leaves a lot to desired. You can’t get rid of the advertising. When you start the app you have to wait 5 or 10 seconds because of the advertising. It is so annoying the I have 4 cameras that I am throwing in the garbage and going with a different brand because of it.Show lessDavidholme
Terrible instructions
The instructions are very badly written. It’s hard to know what to do, I had to try and figure it out myself. Please rewrite the set up instructions into plain English, not translated from a foreign language. The instructions were so tiny I needed a magnifying glass to try and read them. The app is rated at a 2.5? Whomever sells this must have been thrilled at how high that rating is, it’s much lower you will find this out, GUARANTEED!
