The app is so simple and easy to use. Literally just open app and put in front of the camera and enter WiFi network and pw and you’re good to go.Joesjkdjfnfndjdn

Ok I have read the other reviews and I just don’t understand a lot of the issues that others are having. First off the connection stated that you must use a phone connected to your router on the 2.4ghz band. Now I have experienced freezing of the app while trying to watch my live feed. But I just closed the app and restarted. Other than that it’s been great. I had a sd card laying around so I stuck that in it. It records on the sd card when a event occurs( motion and sound). Which is good instead of just recording useless loops of nothing. Now I don’t like the Cloud service that keeps trying to get me to order. I don’t want it. I just record to my sd card. Also if there was a way to view the events that occurred so that I can know when they happened. But other than that is is great. So just take your time when setting this up. Phone on 2.4ghz , plug in the camera then aim the phone at the lens of camera.Show lessT Dorsey

I fell this app is a con, it use playback you have to use cloud(which from set up said I used all my free trail) it costs a lot a month/yearly to use the playback on recordings, SD card doesn’t not work properly on playback and can’t see video when using a computer. Picture quality is great and sound on mic.Show lessGreat sat nav

Poor wi fi distance
Play back via sd card takes ages and cannot put the camera outside the house because it will not pick up WiFi ( other devices ok at further distances) and I do not want to run cables outside... picture quality is great and the microphone option and buzzer is very usefulBam Erik

Connection
The app works on and off. I just received it today so I’m trying to give it a chance but it just bumped me offline. When I left the house I checked my notifications but could not see the live feed it was just loadingtairalynn3
Lack of local features
It all seems to be built to steel the cloud storage features, can’t even download the recorded video from the local device it looks like that option is only cloud available,it doesn’t even show the events/recorded in the events and motion detection list of events stored locally.Zeb-Moon
