The device disconnected more tim I should be turning off the device and again turn on to connect it

Good App
Handy and works well. Consider adding a selection for cloud events to play multiple selected events at once. Also consider showing time length of cloud event in listing as certain ones for a certain length would normally be “regular traffic”Martian from Mercury
SD Storage Notification
Could u add the same functionality to the software for people that choose to use sd card instead of cloud storage? Cloud storage you can see a listings of exact recording times as when using sd you don’t have access . I’m willing to pay for your app if it had this functionalitynewfiehendrix

I paid for an entire year in advance and only got several months before I was blocked with no service and no way of contacting anyone to repair or adjust my service?
Otherwise... I Enjoyed the security just not the length of service after paying for an entire year!IE Group, LLC
Dreadful app
Avoid any camera that uses this software its just a scam to get you to pay for an extortionate cloud use, the sad card recording doesn’t work , horribleAnjack96
Camera bugs
Besides the intermittent flash that comes from the camera every so often. My biggest issue with the app is that most of the time I cannot access any previous video. Sometimes it works but not often. It is good for logging in and watching current situations. In the last month my camera system has been hacked twice and I had very secure passwords . So in all the app needs a lot of work . ThanskShow lessElectronic tech .
