It just doesn’t work
For many years I would’ve rated this 5 stars with the old phones and the older Megablast speaker.
Got a new phone and a new Megablast and the speaker just does not connect to the app, so I’m stuck with the god awful EQ which is preset on the speaker. What a fantastic waste of money, I have to manually change my EQ now on my phone everytime I listen to the speaker.Show lessAvatat2
Very disappointing
This is a very temperamental piece of equipment. Mine also keeps refusing to turn back on and the Troubleshooting section on the app won’t work either. I wouldn’t ever consider recommending this to anyoneGwen Sidg

Had a wonderboom option on the app but says that the speaker is not compatible with the appJordyn grace
speakers good - Pairing Stereo GARBAGE!!!
The speakers are good, however with iphone bluetooth / 2 megablast speakers absolute garbage dropout all the time dated app 3yrs since last update.

Why no blast/boom???

This up hasn’t been updated in 3 years!? Lots of bugs that make my speakers nearly useless. Last week Alexa stopped working on both of my speakers and i have not been able to get it back to work, even worse, now i can’t even connect to wifi! Please fix bugs!!!EW Follower

Bugs, Glitches and Bluetooth Fails
I hate this app so much I’m selling my 2 UE speakers and never using UE in my life. The amount of time it takes to connect TWO speakers is genuinely insane - the connection drops entirely and I need to turn on & off the speakers until they both decide to link up after about 14 songs having played waiting for a “Party” connecting. Impressively Terrible
Trying to connect speakers and pairing them together is next to impossible. Then once they are paired finally, they have issues with playback and will fail. Then we try to connect again, the settings are forgotten and you have to do everything all over again. It’s basically useless.Nathanffffff
Don’t get this
Honestly I wish I could put half a star but I can’t. This literally sucks don’t waste your money people, I was expecting this speaker to be loud and good quality, but nope I can’t even judge the speaker because I didn’t get the chance to. I couldn’t even connect to the app, never mind listening to the speaker. Fix your app. Don’t waste your money.Show less276637367272882663
