Developer cheated me
I BOUGHT this as a full featured app, then they stopped my functionality and asked me to upgrade (? ? I ALREADY BOUGHT IT!)

I consider myself a relatively intelligent human being, however that being said...this is the most confusing app I have ever encountered. It didn’t use to be. It used to be quite easy to use at which point I paid for a subscription for it, and used it regularly. Now I am not sure what the He11 is happening. I just want to turn my own photos into videos again!! There’s all these apps piled into one that I don’t even know which one is mine! I am unable to even access any of my photos other than the panorama ones...I keep hitting restore my purchase which does absolutely nothing, and bottom line...it’s a mess.
Go to a simpler version and unclog this mess will you? Either that or separate the apps again...grouping them all together is a total headache with current design.Show lessJericho818
Used to be great
I bought an earlier version of this app as it had a brilliant and surprising way to subtly animate still photos. Recent updates have changed it to a subscription service to make the small animations I used to, and the app overall feels like a storm of adverts and features jumping out at you when I was very happy to pay for the animation feature. It’s a shame as I used to recommend it. I wish it could be changed back as it was a unique and brilliant tool before. I uninstalled it.Show lessPalojono

Don’t you hate it when a cool app turns sour! Be warned, what was free now costs a monthly subscription! I’ll be deleting it!
Update Feb 2020, just opened up the app to try it again and it’s got even worse! Now you confronted with upgrade ads and box’s when you just press tool, with really bad English for options... Try or Upgrade ? Really! I don’t want any of this rubbish forcing down a subscription option. Very sad to see it down like this. Beware, it will cost you!Show lessdomjames

But it feels poorly designed and cheaply made. You might want to consider not putting the most important button in the entire app behind the bar at the bottom of the screen so it’s impossible to press. Makes it feel like you haven’t even tested your own app. The entire social part is pointless and I would pay to turn it off. If you can’t create your own good looking visual style, just stick with the built in ui elements. They look fine and you don’t have to spent extra effort “designing” your own. And for the love of god stop changing the orientation of my display. I’m sitting still, the iPad is still and parallel to the ground and no other apps have this issue. It happens when the iPad is perfectly stationary on a stand on a table. If you are going to allow an orientation, make the entire app support those orientations. So many of the issues I have with this app are iOS programming 101 (and common sense). It is beyond me why anyone would program something this way. It feels like malware. The only reason I find the app interesting at all is the unique motion you can add to photos that I haven’t seen in any other apps. Maybe create a separate simple app that does that and nothing else.Show lessPyk
PLOTAVERSE is just plain FUN
I had some problems getting full access to the desktop version. The company responded immediately to assist me. Everything is working great. Impressed by the quick response. I’ve been shooting stills for a very long time. I’ve done very little video and zero animation. It’s surprising how easy the software is to use. Way too unstable.
I like all the features and tools when it works. I find that the app crashes most of the times, please fix it or this will be my first and last year to subscribe.Tinskie143
beautiful app but with major flaw...
Ok, there’s no way to contact app support, that’s one. Wonderful app with one important complaint: when creating you’re forced into portrait mode. This is , apart from completely arbitrary, non-sensical. Because of that, this beautiful app is useless to me (and many others? Obviously) Why force users to twist their heads ???

Great App....but 4 QUESTIONS:
This is a truly innovative and generally awesome App. I applaud the developers who created it. It is you I am posing these questions:
1. Is the data you’re collecting from your customers being collected, stored, sold for profit, and EXACTLY HOW IS IT in the customers best interest to require full access to OUR ENTIRE CAMERA ROLE, ALL photos, albums, videos, selfies, screen shots, Live Photo’s, etc., if it’s OUR BEST INTEREST to have FULL CONTROL over what we CHOOSE to share, upload, and provide PLOTAVERSE access to, if so, why?
2. Do you currently require customers who paid for the upgraded version to create an account (requiring email) with PLOTAVERSE, and requires account Users to AGREE TO TERMS OF SERVICES in order to gain full access to the App, if so, why?
3. Have any “Updates” to your App impeded the ease of existing customers to save a creation to your app, share via ANY SM sites, or restrict previous customer privileges and/or account..if so, why?Show lessWisdomSeeker04
