Amazing helps me sleep every night

Sleep

It is so good it makes me sleep

A blessing 🙏

I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am for this app, I don’t have the subscription but I love this app. I have a lot of trouble sleeping and I remembered this app from my childhood. There was a specific sound that would make me fall asleep anywhere in under 35 seconds of listening to it, It was 🌊 Waves Of Atlantis 🌊 The sound brought me relaxation and comfort no matter where or what situation I was in. I have recently re discovered this app and remember how much I love it and it has helped me so much to get well rested and back on track. 💪I hope to keep getting more sounds for free even though I am very grateful and understanding of what they give. 5 Star app - I strongly recommend this.💙✨

Sleep Magic with Jessica is truly magical

My first exploration into the Sleepiest app was with Karissa’s Sleepwave, which taught me a lot about how to relax to fall asleep. It was very helpful and allowed me to fall asleep and stay asleep better than I’d been able to do in a long time. Then the stress levels in my life skyrocketed, and I tried the sleep hypnosis episodes. Not believing it would work for a second, but desperately seeking something before I lost my mind from sleep deprivation.
Jessica’s technique truly works for me. I’m mindful about which episodes I listen to, searching the vast catalogue, as she covers a lot of different topics. I’ve never made it to the end of a single one of her episodes. My new favorite is 158, Go Below Your Problems. Knocks me out so quickly and I wake up feeling better than I’ve felt in a long time.
Thanks so much to both Karissa and Jessica. When I can’t listen, I pretend I hear your voices, telling me to get into a safe and comfortable position and go through the relaxation steps. Sometimes that’s enough to help me fall asleep. And that’s magic!

Doubled my Deep Sleep.

According to the data I have, the length of time I spend in deep sleep has doubled. My overall time spent asleep has increased by an hour on average. I feel much better for it in general. I have even started to feel as though I have more energy during the day. I used to use audio books but I found l liked the stories too much. This tended to me staying awake- or not getting out of bed- just to listen to the story. This is not that experience. I prefer stories to meditations or ambient sounds, but I’m not sure I’m really listening to them so much as just having them on in the background (as though they were just sounds). I think it works because they are not thrillers or mysteries or narratives with high-stakes, high-tension dramatic sequences. The production is specifically built around creating a better sleep experience. This is the voice talent, the recording process, the audio editing and overall sound production. It took me a week to adjust to this new audio experience. It is not an audio book, really, it is a narrative audio experience designed to help you achieve a better sleep more quickly. For me, the proof is there in the results.

Why I think sleepiest is goood

So I could barely fall asleep at night and I would open my eyes like every minute and I could never sleep so I tried using white noise didn’t work tried using so many apps didn’t work tried using Alexa didn’t work then I looked. I found Sleepiest and I first tried this lullaby called waves of Atlantis and it was amazing. I use it almost every night but now I use a home on Mars by that Jared person, but right now onto this day that you probably see this I’m using calm a racing mind from cursor whacker I’m pretty sure that’s your name and I can fall asleep easily. It has breathing meditations. It helps you to lose that it helps you that you should focus on certain sounds that will help you fall asleep start by saying like what the farthest and then what’s the closest and her voice is so calming and like she said how waves are like your breaths and it comes up on you and how like I would say that is a very warm temperature and a perfect temperature for you if you see this I bet you should get it. I doubt that nobody would want this. I haven’t heard of anyone really in my friends like it but they didn’t get it. I don’t blame them. I’m not saying it in a rude way, but not everyone needs me not everyone has problems sleeping but if you have problems like me, you should definitely definitely try this and look at other reviews. I bet you they’re gonna be good. They’re gonna be good.

This is great

I have trouble falling asleep, but i love using this app. You can make your own sounds for free! Although some do cost money you can still make a great soundscape. I love doing the light rain.

Overall this is a great app, but I do not recommend this to fix sleep problems. It doesn’t fix medical conditions, but makes them easier to cope with.

Very relaxing! The free version has its limits but is still good

I have had trouble sleeping for my entire life... mostly because I can’t stop my mind from racing. I’ve been using these stories to help me fall asleep for about a week now (I’m just using the free version of the app for now) and so far Im impressed by how relaxing they are and how sleepy they make me feel! A few things that I think would make the experience better: 1) I wish the stories would remember your place when you shut them. I have been listening for 5-10 minutes until I feel sleepy and then closing the app to go to sleep. The next night when I open the story to continue I have to try to find my place (which isn’t a big deal but it would be nice if it remembered where you were like a podcast does). 2) I wish there was more variety of male and female story narrators for the free story options! 3) If would be nice if there was a way to “win” occasional free stories by watching videos or something with the free version (other than the 1 free one you get by reviewing which is what I am doing now haha). Otherwise it’s a great app so far and I’ll be continuing to use the free version for now!

Relax off to sleep

I like the soundscape on this app. Listening to the rain or sea I find really soothing and it helps me to unwind and relax. I’m fast asleep in no time.

I don’t remember, I fell asleep!

Sleep, that elusive thing for years has finally arrived. Thanks to Sleepiest and Sleep Wave. I have been listening for over a 2 years. At first it was challenging, trying to concentrate on the meditations or hypnosis was work. I was determined to give it my all as I was tired of/from not sleeping. The world can be overwhelming, especially the last 3 years. Then to compound it with age (79), working 5 months in a remote area of a National Park in the Upper Midwest, living alone and only companions are the wild animals and my horse. Then I travel back to the southeast for 7 months, living with my spouse, a cat and the noise/lights/traffic of a city. Then you add a dose of the world unrest. Lest I say more! Sleep, blissful sleep always escaped me upon my return home. Slept like a baby in the mountains, but not in the city. Now, after a 2 years I can say all I have to do is hear the music and the beginning of the meditation/hypnosis and then……. “I don’t remember, I fell asleep?” Yep, sleep is within minutes and blissfully sound. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!
