Inconsistent
I connected it to my computer and everything went fine but when I switched Wi-Fi’s, it didn’t work anymore. I factory reset the extender I have and the app keeps looking for local device even after scanning the qr code when it’s about to go in the WiFi menu.Alisone1

Nothing but trouble with the app and connecting to the extender, will not connect to the extender while I am connected to the network, will not show clients, always shows zero, while all of my connected devices are on the network and working fine.Manitoba 3

Do not buy this piece of scrap wifi rxtender. You will be harast by configuring it very iften.DTenacious

Just stopped working
It was great until it just wasn’t. Now nothing. No way to fix it. No one to speak to. Just errors everywhere. So I have internet. Well I have internet. Just no router. With no fixes. So yeah. Two stars. Broken. Stupid. Now totally worthless.Ecmproject

No Help for Troubleshooting
There are power outages from time to time, and the system does not always come back online when power is restored. The modem resets, but the router does not always. Trying to use this app to troubleshoot gives me a “Out of Range” response even when I am standing next to the router.Inkretable
Works ok, but not every time
I like the app, and have been using it to find IP addresses of my devices, do some parental control settings, show the guest password to friend.
But : about 50% of the time, it fails to login.
In a positive note, it never fails twice in a row. Restart the app and it ‘s all good.
