Does not work
Pointless app.
Cannot recall ever setting up an account prior but it recognises my phone number and email.
Did a password reset and the app never recognises the reset so you get stuck in an endless loop of not being able to use the app.Paul L 80
Took my money
Downloaded the app after getting a text from them letting me know the app was up. It prompted me to put in my card details so I could pay by card for trips, like Uber. They charged me £1.10 without me ever taking a trip. Too small an amount to ring up and complain about but if they’re doing it to everyone they’ll make quite a bit off of it.Show lessLovelyFrankinsense

It used to but in last few months it stopped. Means you can’t get a journey quote. It was 4-star before then; 1-star lost because it only allowed cash payments.Skinnea
