Horrible UI/UX
This app works as expected, but the UI/UX make me not want to use it. Visually, it looks and feels very dated. I would love for at least the main dashboard to be a more polished and visually appealing, something similar to the new Navitas CAN Display. If that were the case, this would easily be 5 stars.

Great company
I have not had a problem with the software or the hardware. The tech support is top notch. They even helped me trace down a problem I had to a faulty micro switch in the foot pedal assembly!

Having issue downloading the app does not recognize nothing is still on searching mode downloaded the app does not recognize the motor cannot calibrate it or do anything need help

Great app for connecting to and managing the golf cart
I’d just like to make a suggestion… when doing data logging, it would be nice if it doesn’t stop and delete the logs when the app loses connection. Let me save or send the logs.
App doesn’t work
App keeps saying “device communication error, reconnect?”

Application is crashing
I’ve updated to the new IOS and the app keeps crashing. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and it still crashes. It looks like a new update was put out on Navitas 5 days ago so I’m just wondering when it will work again…
Opens and immediately crashes
Just put a Navitas motor in my cart. I downloaded the app today to connect. Every time I open it, it immediately crashes. Completely useless. Can anyone tell me if I can adjust the throttle position sensor? The gas pedal has to be pressed at least half way to move the motor and by that time it takes off way too fast. Very hard to control when trying to back out of tight parking spaces.

Top-tier company with excellent customer service
I just installed a 600 amp controller on my 2021 Icon golf cart and needed some assistance with tech-support. The folks from Navitas and their tech support have been nothing but fantastic. They were able to quickly resolve my issues, and they even called back to follow up to see how everything was running.
I highly recommend Navitas for any golf cart or any build project. I love how everything is controlled through the app and it’s user-friendly. Top tier company with awesome employees and even better customer service. The performance increases I gained was completely worthwhile.

Needs
I am very disappointed that there is no profile settings. (Example: high performance, normal, eco) Preferably it would be 3 or more customizable speed profiles that can be set and quickly changed from the app. The controller is nice but it takes a lot of trial and error to see where to set it before allowing another driver. Also a mode for eco to get the most range. Competing brand has these features. Because of how long it takes to re configure the app and having to remember all the numbers it makes it useless. Just set all max settings and don’t let anyone else drive it. It seamed better when I was looking into buying it. Also they make updates that change your carts function sometimes that make you have to relearn using it. It’s my cart. It should be my choice. If you add the features that should have been on there to begin with then I’ll be happy to increase the rating. Otherwise not a good app to use in my opinion.
