Charge to much and over charge twice
This company charges your account double and refuses to repay the money they took with out permission from its customers
And they do not care about the customers who live from check to check knowing most of us since the pandemic are still struggling. They make there money in so many different ways they didn’t have to make it hard for the customers. Any more customers always loose and companies like this one get away with what they do to us because they hide behind the internet. Nothing is ever done There should be a charge and fine for scamming and ripping off the customer but that won’t happen because the internet protects the scammer tv should not cost. They make millions way before the customer ever comes on line. Yet they take from us to and overcharge from us and stills. I do not recommend anyone to have anything to do with this company or its app Go to google and put in Philo and see the reviews it says all that needs said. Ohio needs to go now

Typically, this would only occur if another account was created or if you switched from a third-party biller like Apple to Philo direct billing without canceling your Apple-billed account. However, we can only issue refunds for accounts billed directly through Philo.
