App is painful to use
The app has all the information you need but it doesn't remember your login or payment details. So you have to manually enter your address, email, name and payment card information every time. Really inconvenient.

Staff very approachable and helpful
no apple pay or quick payment
superb gym and staff. App lets the side down with no quick way to pay as you go. It’s a real pain to enter details over and over. should at least have Apple pay in 2023.
Booking and payment outdated
Every time I book and pay for a session I have to re-enter my address, telephone and all payment card details manually. There is no facility for Apple Pay or even to form fill credit card details from the iPhone or Google.
Not the most user friendly app
Don’t offer Apple Pay, it takes too much time to book a session each time
