  • Buggy but useful

Everytime I finish taking the time to log my feelings, it says error and I have to redo it. I don’t like taking the time to rewrite everything. It’s like talking to someone and opening up just for them to ask you to repeat what you said because they weren’t listening.
  • Bugs, Needs Improvement

This app still contains many glitches and bugs throughout, as well as slow scrolling rates. The videos provide basic mental support to people who need it. I would personally recommend seeing a counselor in-person or online rather than devote lots of time to this app.
  • Great app, but should support autorotate on iPad

The mood check has been really helpful, I found myself getting happier and more content with my life. However, I hope it supports horizontal view on iPad since using the keyboard to type isn’t great with the current version not supporting autorotate
  • Seems Decent But it’s Pasting my Clipboard

The app seems like a good app, but I refuse to use it because it is pasting whatever I have on my clipboard. I can’t seem to find a reason that this functionality should be built into software like this, so I worry for my privacy while using this app. I would love to use the app, but until this is changed I will not.

  • Works well but not refined

Most of the tracking functions work well but when you use the zen mode it will auto mute itself if the screen times out, and it doesn’t turn back on
  • Update to include help with Bipolar Disorder?

I really like this app for mood tracking. However, it’s 3 focuses are depression, anxiety, and stress. I think it would be a very effective tool in helping those with Bipolar Disorder if it offered some associated resources/lesson plans. Mood tracking is vital to bipolar disorder, arguably more so than other mental illnesses, so it would make sense for the app to recognize bipolar users.

  • What Does It Offer?

I don’t understand the point of this compared to just using google calendar and notes. The “zen room” is cute enough, but nothing I couldn’t find on YouTube. I’m sure some people may find it convenient, but personally I don’t want to learn a new app that doesn’t offer anything I don’t already have inherently. The courses were not helpful to me and the assessment does not provide me personally with any useful feedback.
Also, the “Contact Support” button doesn’t have any supported features, and I can’t delete my account, which is frustrating.

A good attempt, and I do appreciate the layout- it’s very user friendly- but not for me because the services are limited and those that exist do not serve a purpose to me.

  • Patronizing

I really don't know how this is supposed to help anybody. If you need help please talk to a professional and don't use this app.
  • It should be free!!

I don’t want to pay for this app. I was supposed to have 30 days free to try it and I was locked out before the 30 days. These anxiety apps should be free.
  • Love it but needs some work

I’ve been using this app for the past year or so to track mood checks and meditate. The meditations have gotten a lot better over time and there are many more options that actually help rather than the stuff you’d pay for online.

However recently I tried out the Thoughts Diary, which is a program to get you looking into ur thoughts more. The issue is have w this diary is that it assumes your thoughts are bad or negative to your growth! Sometimes I want to log a thought that is productive and helpful but I can’t do that because the only word options to analyze the feeling named are negative. More options would be very useful in the future.
