  • Too many notifications

    I haven’t really tried the app just yet, but did download it through my college. However, I get anywhere between 2-4 notifications A DAY, saying the exact same thing: “Have you checked your mood today?”.

    Now, I’m understanding that this is a helpful reminder and all they’re trying to do is make sure people take care of their mental health, that’s not the issue. The issue is that clearly the app can read if someone has logged information on any specific day. So why keep asking something that the app will clearly already know?

    I mean, if it read “Don’t forget to check and log your mood today!” Or something similar, it would be less annoying. But even then, why do I need to log this stuff 4 times a day?

    These notifications tell me one thing: they’re desperate. If it was one or two notifications, sure, whatever. But why are you sending me four a day... that screams that the app is struggling.

    I don’t know, that’s my opinion. I’ll eventually get around to trying the app but I can only comment on this for now. Hopefully it’s just me that this bugs and other people won’t find it as annoying and can actually reap the benefits this app offers. I’ll try it eventually, just not quite yet.

    There are tons of typos in here and I can’t delete mood checks. I didn’t know how the app worked and I saved the thing before I was finished, so I wanted to delete it and make a new full one but I can not delete it. I have pressed delete over a dozen times in both button locations, restarted the app four times and restarted my phone, and it won’t go away. This is absolutely maddening, and I don’t deal with that sort of thing well. This frustration might make me unable to use the app. Don’t include options that don’t work.

  • not user friendly

    I downloaded the app through my school and had been using it for a few weeks and then it started acting weird where every time I would open the app it would ask for me to create an account-no option to sign in -just create an account. I deleted the app multiple times, restarted my phone, all of that and it hasn’t changed in weeks. It just keeps asking me to create an account-and even if I try creating an account again obviously it says that I already have an account. I emailed them and got no response so I’m just deleting it it’s too frustrating.

  • Excellent App, Can’t Access for Some Reason

    Love the app, best one available, however I haven’t been able to access it through my university recently, despite the school advertising it to us. I want to use it, but for some reason the app and website don’t work. Very frustrating.
  • Text entry issue

    Places for writing - text is too small and light to be legible
  • Won’t let me get into the app

    I am interested in this app and was excited to get you use it on my phone. However, the app doesn’t let me sign into it. Not sure if there is an issue with my University connected account or not.
  • Impossible to use

    I have to press 2 cm above the spot I’d like to click on in order for it to work. Please fix.
  • New update made this unusable

    Touchscreen isn’t calibrated correctly; I had to touch somewhere in the top 1/4 of the screen to push a button on the bottom half of the screen. It’s also telling me I have incorrect credentials even though they have not changed since I signed up. The new update seems to have done more harm than good.

  • The app’s touch is off

    It makes the app impossible to use
  • Touchscreen not working

    When I opened this app and tried to make an account, the touchscreen wouldn’t respond when I would tap things. There is nothing wrong with my phones touchscreen when I use any other apps. I deleted it and redownloaded it and it still isn’t working correctly. Im not sure if other people are having this problem but it’s probably a bug or something the developers should look into.
