Horrible site configuration. Immersive reader is clumsy, sounds weird, and often does not work on desk top. No way to easily select an area to read without starting at the beginning and fast forwarding. If had a a choice in services I would never use Macmillan again.Declined123456789

Apparently my links for the page aren’t coming to me. I am not sure if it’s just my application or if anyone else had the same issue? ThanksSugar-smacks
Please make an app for Achieve!
I deleted this app because it is not compatible with my course. My course uses Moodle and Achieve. I beg you Macmillan to make an app for Achieve. I have to jump through many hoops of portals to get to my assignments. I’ve used Macmillan since Pre-k. Please, get me through college.

Worthless
Works as terribly as all of Macmillan’s online tools. I downloaded this app because suddenly the ebook I paid for wouldn’t load on their website. They advertise this app there, saying you can read your ebook on it, but when I download it, my login doesn’t work and they say I don’t have an account.
So as of now, I have no way to read the textbook I paid for.

Garbage
Honestly the worst app. I can’t even log into my account through this app because every time i resend a reset password to my email that is REGISTERED, i would get an email back stating there’s no such account with my email. The thing is it works perfectly fine on the browser, but won’t on the app. I reached out to customer service and they were the most useless help. They told me to just use the browser…i downloaded the app for a reason. Terrible app. Terrible management. Waste of time!Show lessalohabonjourhola

Needs some improvements
Technology has come too far to accept the tin sound audio when listening to the text. The search works sometime for diagrams it could use some refinement. Why wouldn’t you allow a person to make notes in the margin, yes, I saw the note but when scanning all you is a dot noting there is a note for that content. I want to see the notes when searching quickly through the text. Finally, why abstain from giving a key to the question at the end of the chapter. The ability to change the page color and text size plus being able to download the text and have an app earned the fourth star back.Show lesskrmill2k
Access Code does not work
Recently bought a textbook from them and the access code given was invalid. Absolutely awful interface and super buggy app and website. Do not buy textbooks from them.The Game Critic 64
HORRIBLE SOFTWARE
Have been using for about a month now on my iPad. The idea is awesome, download the ebook and read or have it audibly read to you while you drive or are tired of reading. I love the concept, but the app performs horribly. When you touch the screen to interact with the book, the page jumps back about 10 paragraphs or so and it never starts the audio where you want it to. It’s so annoying. You’ll waste about 5-10min with getting the page right when you just want to be proficient. Now I open the app today to study and the book has disappeared. This app is a joke. They need to hire better programmers. I paid for the book and can’t get my money’s worth. SadShow lessKJA_94
