How is this website even making money to still be up
I’ve been using this website for about 3 months, and I swear that I’ve had more issues with logging in then my college studies in total. I try logging in I have to activate 4 times before it works, especially on my computer I buy a book k wanna read it on my computer but I can’t because it force’s me to read it on my phone like are you serious. It’s such a joke I had an issue and I called the help hotline when I asked for help they sounded so clueless leaving me on a call for 2 hours for me to resolve absolutely nothing, not only is the company a joke but the workers, I ask for help and it seems that I know just was much on how their website works, and as for the app I can’t login with out it kicking me out for my phone turning off. This app worked fine few a couple weeks. But now my textbook is missing from the app and I can't even find a download page. Have rummaged through all the help articles and still can't figure it out. Can still access through web browser but I miss the app experience.Samwyser

Cannot find textbook
I could only find my textbook for a day, then it disappeared and even try to find it on safari it says that it can no longer be found. Don’t waste your time on thisJin96734
