Can’t sign in
I got the app to avoid having to open a browser every time I wanted to read my textbook. I can’t login, I tried going through the support section and it literally offered no solution. I even tried downloading their other app to see if it was just this one that caused problems but neither will let me sign in. If you’re a college student, just stick to using a browser!Show lessBieberFever1217
Does not work
Can’t even log in to my account. I can only view my ebook via the web.clia0123
This app is pointless to download
I can’t even login. When i attempted to login, i was told to attempt to do so through the link provided to me by my teacher, but there is no option to sign in with a link on the app. When that option wasn’t available, I tried their “Contact Support” feature. It doesn’t work. All I was able to view was useless articles which provided no help whatsoever. All in all, the app is useless to me because, as I mentioned before, I cannot even login.Show lessStrangeRocks13

Slow 'solutions'
Scrolling through the solutions is as slow as a sloth, it takes forever for the pages to appear my teacher had to literally screenshot each sections and save it as a PDF for us to use it easier.MajorChicken

So far...this is awesome and I can read offline on the trains when going underground. McGraw-Hill Connect need to get it together and maybe take notes from this app.JLucky24

There are so many exercise question errors, and spelling mistakes in this textbook. It’s hard to believe this is a university level course base.Ambera76
