Works well
Have been using for ~3 years. Works well within the technical constraints (you can only amend settings via Bluetooth, which has limited range). Provides a degree of peace of mind.
Interesting stats, heart rate increases seen during virus infections, and temporarily during early morning activity after waking. Settings may need to be tweaked to avoid false alarms accordingly (particularly heart rate increases during virus infection).
App wobble in May 2024 following App update was corrected within 24hrs (e.g. a very positive response).

Never fails us
This app is great and it hasn’t failed us. Gives us the peace of mind we need to help us sleep while our baby sleeps
Great app, terrible product.
The app and monitor is great however the Neebo band is cheap. It has a plastic clip that once is broken renders the entire monitor useless. The company refuses to honor the warranty which leaves you with a 260 dollar paperweight.
Extremely frustrating app
The device has (luckily) worked well enough for us so far, but the app is insanely frustrating. I’m constantly having to delete and reinstall it to get it to work. For the price of this bracelet I expect an app that actually works at least half the time. For the app I give 1 star.

New Neebo base wont connect to 2.4ghz internet. No support #.
Helpdesk takes 3+ days to respond with 1 line sentences that are common sense in faqs that dont explain how to reset base.
Reset device 6+ times on 2 phones with no success.

Garbage
App is constantly crashing. Fails to send alerts ti all devices. Gives random alerts when she’s not even wearing it. Wish there was something better.
Support does not respond
No connection. No way to do a factory reset. Support ghosted. Never responded. I’m not sure they are even in business anymore. Waste of money.
Completely stopped working after 1.5 years
The Neebo that we purchased completely stopped working after a year and a half. The company told us that it is a “hardware issue” They’ve refused to fix this issue or even tell us how to have it fixed claiming that there is only a 1 year warranty. After spending $300 the Neebo only works for less than 2 years! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Save your money
The idea is great and if it worked it would be amazing but the device is not fit for purpose, the band doesnt last even 6 months before breaking. The monitor starts coming away from the band and is a choking hazard. The strap breaks. The customer service is appalling, they refuse to do anything about the issues and refuse to refund or replace even within the warranty. This has happened to multiple people. Its not a small amount of money to waste.

Would be 5 stars if it didn’t crash immediately!
The app was working wonderfully but just last week it stopped working. Every time I try to open the app it immediately closes. It is making the product worthless and is giving me anxiety about my child. What is going on? I noticed other reviews stating the same problem… incredibly frustrating!
