Excellent product and excellent service

My daughter has been using the neebo for about 8 months now and it is worth every penny. She has a heart condition and asthma and this device gives me such a peace of mind. They have excellent customer service and are always willing to help anyway they can.

Best monitor

This gives us peace of mind knowing that we could track down our baby’s vitals. It gives us a good sleep everytime. One advantage of this over a similar monitor is you can customize your vitals depending on the age of the baby. Would highly recommend this. Excellent customer care as well

Worth every penny, peace of mind is priceless

I’ve been using this on my daughter who was born with complex heart, lung and gut defects. I saw it on a crowd funding site and could not wait for it to come out. Being able to set my own parameters ( with guidance from her health care team) has made all the difference in my peace of mind. For the first time since her birth I can sleep and know that if anything happens I will get an alert. My daughter has suffered a great deal of medical trauma, Neebo looks like a pretty bracelet and my daughter loves wearing it. It doesn’t frighten her like many if the medical devices I have at home for use on her to monitor her.
I have had no issues or problems with either the device or the customer service. The app is so easy to use and I love that I can add people so that when she’s being watched by other caregivers, we can all know how she’s doing.
Neebo is not an FDA approved medical device, but it was my early warning system for the new onset arrhythmias my daughter was having, which were confirmed by a 30 day halter monitor.
This is a very scary time for parents with medically complex children and parents of little ones with risk factors. As a nurse, I strongly urge you to consider purchasing this, you won’t regret it. The cost is manageable if you have PayPal as you can do a payment plan.

Awesome

My son had a different monitor at night until he was 6 months old that monitor used to alarm for low heart rate a lot the problem with that one was it couldn’t be worn all day so when he was up and about we could not be certain that his HR wasn’t dropping with the Neebo we can wear it on him 24 hr a day and know exactly how often it drops I love this monitor I would recommend it to anyone
It definitely has give me piece of mind that I can check his vitals anytime he is acting abnormal❤️❤️❤️

Irreplaceable peace of mind

I was lucky enough to have a parent tell me about neebo. My son was born with a heart condition and I have to monitor or count his heart rate about every 2 hours or when I see changes in his behavior. neebo has been a lifesaver!!! It does all the monitoring for me and has alerted of high heart rates that needed medical attention. If it wasn’t for neebo i would’ve never known! I recommend it 10000% to all families. Oh and the luxury of seeing how he is doing even when he is away from me? Is an irreplaceable peace of mind!

Reckless and Irresponsible

The oxygen reads are completely off and show 97% no matter what. My baby has chronic hypoxia (oxygen constantly in the mid 70s), but according to her Neebo, she is just fine with oxygen always at 97%. This is worse than selling snake oil. It’s irresponsible and dangerous. I wish I could say that I’m the only one experiencing this issue and that I just got a bad unit, but lots of other customers are seeing the same thing and talking about it on FB. Shame on you Neebo.

Best monitor ever

We were lucky to have a perfectly healthy baby so Neebo was supposed to be a nice to have But I quickly realized it was the best purchase I made for all of us. I can’t thank enough the Neebo team for The peace of mind I had by being able to monitor her anywhere and at any time. Mothers don’t sleep much with newborns but thanks to Neebo when I slept, I slept really good. As a plus Their customer service is awesome.

Outrageous data grab

My daughter is 1 and has epilepsy we got this as monitor for while she is sleeping. Have had serious issues getting connectivity right but I love tech so persevered.

What is not cool about this is what they are doing with data. They drive a towards a Facebook and now recently apple login but you cannot disable any of the data collection features or it does not work (is don’t provide email in Facebook login). Next is it is hounding for permanent location tracking - why, why would I allow that! They provide som vague mention of timely tracking, don’t need or want it stop hounding for it.

The UI is clean and well made so the lack of opt out feels like a calculated we are taking your data and if you don’t like it move on. Disappointing for what could be great. Suggest being more respectful and giving me the choice, as I paid you already, and would pay more for better data privacy.Search

Response from developer

Hi there, Firstly we would like to apologise for all your troubles. We are really sad that you believe our product is a 1 star solution, however, please allow us to address each of your concerns one by one. 1) Based on our experience disconnects issues are usually related to ether permissions which weren't granted (eg.: Location tracking) or confusion about the way how Neebo connects, as it uses 4 different ways to do so. If you could contact our support team we will make sure this issue is resolved for you. 2) For location tracking, we don't collect this information from you, but use this permission in order to "ping" the app from our server to prevent iOS silently shutting it down whilst it is running in the background. This is made to make sure you are connected to your child and notified immediately if there is no connection. 3) We understand your frustration regarding logging in with Facebook, however, we would like to explain the logic behind it. If we remove facebook and allow you to sign up using either your phone number or email address and a password this would result in us needing to store your information internally. This would mean building a safety layout to store your information securely or prevent any attempts of unauthorised access. Whereas Facebook, as a company with unlimited resources, has already put complex security in place to prevent such senstive data from leaking, or being accessed by other unauthorised users (e.g. access point, fishing, device fingerprints etc. monitoring.) So yes, the safety of your data is our primary concern. In addition to this as our support team operate via Facebook messenger, this means that if you contact us when you are logged in we can instantly see any issues you have had with your device previously, the comments we have made to you to resolve those issues and your feedback regarding our advice. This enables us to deliver a much better service. Furthermore using Facebook allows us to simplify the on boarding process, as well as meaning parents can add other carers with ease. If you don’t have a Facebook account already it takes less than a minute to set one up. We also have an Apple ID log in option, which is the most secure way to prevent unauthorised access to your child’s data. It is also essential to mention that neither of these 3d party companies have access to any of your data, including Facebook. Hope it helps. Best regards, Team Neebo
