Rigged and confusing
I’m not sure on how I was once able to at least watch ads to at least see who visit my profile or sent me a message but now it’s limited? Not even daily, just a certain amount so now I can’t even see who likes my profile or views it. I can understand if someone wants to get a message to someone through major crush even if they might not respond, but to make someone pay to see who visit their profile is a major downside to this app. You can’t block certain people from viewing your profile either so if someone is stalking someone the other person can’t even see. I’m not asking for every feature to be available to those who don’t pay, but for the people who come here to meet someone then realize you have to invest in an app just as other way terrible apps, makes you reconsider using this app because it’ll fall in the same category. I’d love this app more if that feature wasn’t so dull because many people want to meet someone and get off the app, not spend their lives investing in it. I’d give this 5 stars if that was available and would claim this app to be better than the rest but until then 3 will be the highest possibleShow lessdroopyheart

Ok so I downloaded it set up an account just to see what’s up it’s all over Snapchat so must be popular well there are a lot of people on it but this app is a money pit constantly throwing up stuff in front of the screen saying get premium 5 dollars to see who sent you a reaction this and that buy a boost pay for this pay for that buy these dumb little gift token things for girls on live stream idk tinder is simple you can buy premium or gold or whatever and you unlock all the features same thing with bumble tinder is expensive for no reason I don’t get it bumble isn’t as expensive and is alot better in my opinion this app just wants you to spend money there is so many buttons and so many features it drowns out the one reason people are on the app for to either find a partner or to get laid there’s so many things just thrown up on the screen and when I’m tapping threw the photos it just likes someone like I’m tapping to quickly it’s not simple enough for something that is supposed to be simple it’ll drain your money and I got so many reactions and likes so quickly it seems like a scam I don’t think I’m that hot so I wouldn’t buy it it’s got major scam vibes and It seems like whoever made this app is trying way to hardShow less$peedy23

If you’re even a 4/10 guys, don’t download the app. Filled to the brim with uggos and I live in a major city with a plethora of options. It constantly tries to shove premium down your throat to use basic features other apps let you use for free. It also hides popular users to only premium users..? Which makes no sense, so the actual somewhat attractive girls can only be seen if you pay. So dumb. Just stick to hinge this app is garbage and I wish I didn’t waste time setting up a profile.
Edit: Company reads my review AND responds, but they only acknowledge a sliver of what I say. Yes obviously premium is optional, but every 3 seconds there’s a pop up trying to convince you to get it. And the girls anyone would actually match with you need to buy premium to see…what other app does that? Not a single dating app makes you PAY to see a “popular user” basically just meaning “if you want to see someone actually attractive and not all these ugly women, pay us.”Show lessCrazy kid13647
Canceled subscription
I canceled a subscription. 15$ is all I was spending on this app before i decided to unsubscribe 1 week in. I look at my apple purchasing and you guys are trying to charge me another 15$ which I went out of my way to avoid but you must have really wanted my money. (By the way that would signify that I get another week of premium OF WHICH I DON’T WANT) I don’t use the app and never will at this point. Charge me unnecessary money and now I’m unable to update my apps or use my app store thanks to this. I refuse to give you anymore of my money. I canceled the subscription before my 1st week was over, and they charged me for a 2nd week even after it confirmed and told me I could still have the benefits for the rest of the week. Do not recommend this app if you’re a male. Females only like your account to promote their videos for you to give them diamonds. Pretty much a PG OnlyFans with females literally plane rides away from you. There’s no dating or even trying to find any relation in this app.Show lessTrizziCIII
Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered
I was temporarily banned and when I reached out to customer service for an explanation, I was give two different answers, passed around to three different agents, and was dismissed repeatedly when I asked for more specific clarification to their vague answers that made absolutely no sense. Come to find out I was banned because of sending “spam messages” which apparently was from users reporting me for asking them to message my Instagram straight off the bat and them assuming I was a “fake” or “catfish” account because of this. Even after I explained that this particular app is glitchy and that’s the reason I reach out with that message, and that I was unaware that even qualified as “spam”, they still would not acknowledge or apologize for not just initially TELLING ME THAT and being straight forward with me so I could just be mindful in the future to chat with people more before suggesting they reach out to my Instagram. This was a horrible experience and I honestly never want to use this app again, nor do I suggest it to anyone else.Show lessTorimadisyn

I foolishly bought the unlimited membership for a one time fee of $100+. Now, Hily has a separate membership that you can add for $5 a week so that you get bonus features ON TOP of what you get for $100+. It gets better. For another $5 a week, you can get a profile booster, which in my opinion should already be included in the premium membership but oh well. Money for me isn’t an issue. The problem with Hily is that no matter how much you spend on this dating app, you still encounter a surplus amount of bots, spam, and rude people. Half naked girls doing drugs on live is okay but you putting your social media names in your bio is looked down upon by Hily staff as they say it could lead to more spam. Hily needs to bump up its security and they need to show everyone WHY someone should even bother paying $100+ for a broken app.

Terrible App and Even Worse Support
The app has several bugs and the developers help is just terrible. I did with them for over an hour and they kept arguing with me about the functionality instead of actually looking at the problem.
Problem one, even though there is a delete and block function for recommended profiles neither of them work. Deleted and blocked profiles she’ll still show up in your recommended list even if you deleted them several times.
Problem two, the system only gives you a certain number of unblurs in a given period of time. And when a profile pops up for you and asks you to unblur the photo it deducts one of these credits or usages from the system but in several cases the person you’re unblurring may not actually have any photos so in essence the app is deducting something from you for nothing!
Lastly if you’re using iOS to dictate your messages to the chat system there is no send button to show up to actually submit your message, because the send button gets confused with a microphone button by the app! Clicking the microphone button does submit the message about 80% of the time.
Submitted several screenshots to the help chat and still refused to acknowledge the problem! Just a terrible app with ridiculously bad support and ridiculously expensive for what it offers!Show lessStevenMayJr
Free version is worthless
The first problem with this app is that it won’t won’t let you filter below a distance of 30 miles away without paying. I live in an area with a dense population and crazy traffic, so that distance is really just too far for dating to make much sense. You also can’t filter by religion, fitness, or anything else meaningful unless you pay. I’m not even sure if you can filter by education at all. The profile system is also so ridiculously buggy that support said the only way they could fix a problem was if they deleted it themselves and had me start again. If my amateur app developer friend can make a text box work better than a professionally designed app, the latter needs serious work.
I’m not a hookup person, but my standard is that if trying to find a relationship on even Tinder is more appealing than some dating app, that other app gets deleted. HILY fit that category - thus the 1 star review. All in all a waste of time, and I vehemently recommend against using it.Show lesswuggalumph
Sexual harassment
A guy tried asking for nudes I said no and he reported my account underage. Now due to personal reasons that I disclosed with them which they ignored, I don’t ID well one with picture and birthday I have old school IDs and I said I could send a birth certificate with it or social or something idk something else since I don’t have anything right now and can’t for a bit. So I tried telling them what happened and they completely ignored it chats were deleted from them and the other users. I couldn’t get into anything and I asked to try and get the name since he was in the chats and they told me I can’t even do that but kept asking for names and info like how should I do that? I will admit I used bad language as I am very upset ofc but how should I report something if they won’t let me show them and can’t even meet in the middle with some type of other way to prove identity? a lot of guys on the app will bother and be very weird it’s just a weird app 10/10 NEVER recommendShow lesschicken😌
This app is terrible and sketchy
I had just downloaded it and then random guys texted me, I personally wasn’t “into” the guys so I naturally deleted the messages. At least I thought I did. They texted me again but it was like they hadn’t texted me the first time. Then I realized you can “unmatch” with someone. So I unmatched with these guys and when you click that feature it says that they can’t text you anymore. BUT, they did!!
I actually confronted one guy and said why do you keep bugging me? He was truly confused. He said “what do you mean? I texted you once?!” And I said no, you’ve texted me repeatedly different things and I’ve deleted the messages and unmatched with you and he goes “well that’s weird because the messages are empty on my side, and I’ve only texted you once” I said huh, well I’m sorry but I think the app is texting for you!!
I said this is happening with a few other guys in my messages as well. I told him I’m deleting the app because it feels really sketchy and glitchy and I don’t trust it. He said yeah I’m doing the same!
I wouldn’t download this app by any means. It’s premature, sketchy, glitchy and I don’t trust it!!Show lessjalynmesser
