Phenomenal App
I’ve been using Apphi for 2 years and was highly let down when they went offline after Instagram’s update. But they came back with the same friendly interface!

Can’t Believe It’s Free
It is a very simple interface compared to some other scheduling apps. The automatic posting to Instagram / Facebook pages / Twitter works without a problem. The “Add First Comment” feature for Instagram is invaluable. I just can’t believe it’s free. I’m never bogged down with offers in the app to “upgrade to PRO” because i don’t think there is a PRO version. The free version has all the features! Keeps crashing
Every time I go to try and open the app it shuts down. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it allows me to set up a schedule then crashes once I save. Then after that it just keeps crashing. Can the developers tell me when a bug fix will be initiated? Is something wrong with the app itself? Anyone else having this issue?Show lessMr. ESPN89
Don’t buy the subscription
I bought the one year subscription to use the advanced features to promote my business. Apphi has since changed what accounts they are allowed to post to, making the account that I have unable to use their services. They refused to offer any money back or partial refund even though they can no longer provide the services I bought the subscription for. They deactivated my account after I said I would leave a review reflecting the poor customer service I experienced. It’s a complete waste of money in my opinion and their services will change without warning, beware.Show lessAESPT
This has been phenomenal up until today (updated from 3 stars)
I love being able to use this app for when I am running my business page and I love how I can still schedule out and be reminded to manually post when I’ve reached my maximum posts.
However, today I went to check the app since I have one scheduled for 7:30 am every day and there was no notification or reminder to post. I currently can’t log into my account or access any of my posts that I’ve input. I’ve attempted to download the app on a different device but it pops up as not available in my area?
I’m hoping this issue is resolved since I have put numerous hours of work into pre-scheduling.
UPDATE: It now requires a Facebook page to connect your Instagram so I created a page to attempt to get the multitude of hours of work I put in back. I finally got access to post to my Instagram but the hundreds of posts that I had scheduled out are not there. If you are looking for a good scheduling app, search elsewhere. I’ve found Planoly works so much better and it has not ghosted me this far!Show lessprbymissamarie
Once A great App
This app was so great with managing different platforms at one time. You could sign into different social accounts and didn’t to log in through facebook. Now it requires you to log in through facebook to connect your instagram which is ridiculous. I am not a fan of facebook and don’t use it, so for me is a waste of time now that i have to use facebook to log in, and then still not even be able to add any other social media accounts. Even after logging in! I manage an instagram account for my job, in addition to my own and this app used to help me so much. I had a paid account and waited patiently after this group just disappeared, with no notice, for months to return. Only for them to come back with less features and complications.
Bring back the previous features! that is what made the app great and brought so many people to it.Show less:) :D :) b,
Crooks
I paid for their premium service, set up a month of posts in advance, then totally without warning, or indeed any message after the fact, their service became unusable. Their website turned into a Google Form entitled “Under maintenance”...and that was it. No response to the form, no response to emails, not even an email to explain what had happened.
Two months later they email me saying “oh sorry about that we’re back, fancy sticking with us?”. What do you think?
It’s totally unacceptable, and actually unforgivable, to leave your customers hanging high and dry.
I feel conned.
I’ve moved to Later, where The feature may be fewer but at least I feel assured there are human beings behind it.Show lessjackjhaynes

THEY ARE STEALING MONEY FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD
I cancel the service and they still charge a full year of service even when I cancel the service in advance and told me sorry is nothing we can do, we don’t do refunds. Even when the company policy is to refund if the request is made within 7 days after purchase and I request the refund the same day they charged my card. After they steal my money and the money of many users the app disappear for months. lThey just came back, please be careful.Show lessN_G_1
