What happened?
Why can’t I download the Apphi app on iTunes or can’t even find it available anymore? I received error messages while uploading a post and it crashed, so I deleted it and tried to reinstall it on my work phone but when I searched for it on iTunes, it said “this app is currently not available in your country” AAAAHHH!! I’m still getting billed in my iTunes account and now can’t even download it?! What’s going on?! This WAS by far the best app I’ve used for organizing all my social media until this. Please...HELP! Thought it was the next big thing until it stopped, and customer service won’t respond
It allows you to upload a file and post to multiple accounts at different times during the one post creation session. Even though I set different times over different accounts, the post gets posted to all accounts at the exact same time. Customer service gives a run around and tries to say its a user issue. It is not.
Auto post stopped working suddenly, now the Apphi site is a google form. Customer service has not responded in about a week as to when the issue will be resolved. Meanwhile, no response as to getting a credit for paying for a service that no longer works.

Be Great Again
I was extremely excited about this app until o reached 10 free post. I didn’t get the option to upgrade because I would have. After reaching out via email the response I got did not even relate to my question. The worst part is I can not log in to my IG from the app because I’m getting an all white screen where I should be able to sign into IG from within the app. So disappointed I was recommending the app to my business partners right before this happed. Scheduled Posts Not Working
My scheduled posts are suddenly not working! I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times ☹️ help!C O London

I love the app. I love the ability to post automatically unlike most apps where you still have to manually upload your post. After you’ve already planned out your post that you’re posting. I would suggest probably a more accurate timing on best to upload based on followers and usage of IG during certain times. It seems that every Thursday has the same set of times to upload. Instead of being more personal best times. Also a issue I’ve ran into is that everytime I log into this app. I get an email from Instagram notifying that my phone along with another phone of Samsung “SM-A720F” is logged in at the same time. Not sure what is going on there. Or how that can get fixed. But it’s frightening to know that your info got around to log into another phone that you don’t even have. Other than those issue. The app is amazing. And I hope to see these issues fixed in the future.Show lessMusic is my Best Friend

It’s a great app overall, schedule and auto posts IG stories, posts, IGTV and connects to your Facebook and Twitter too.
Has lots of different features definitely helps speed things up when you need to publish content in advance.
The free plan includes 10 auto posts per month.
To upgrade the plan is:
£16 per month which includes unlimited posts
£37 per month plus additional 3 features swipe up link on IG stories, tag products and add 3 members to the account
Quite expensive just to Schedule auto posts but best app I’ve used so far for schedulingShow lessxjxxhdn
MOST AMAZING APP EVER!
Seriously. This is IT! If you’re looking for an app to manage all your social media in one place, this is it. I’ve tested and tried many others like it and this is the one I’ve chose to stick with because it’s super easy to use. Schedule posts to several social media platforms simultaneously, format your instagram grid before posting, add comments, tag users, full size IG images and carousel...the list GOES ON! 😍 Customer support is beyond stellar and always quick to respond whenever I have any how-to questions or need help. My life is so much easier because of Apphi and I’m able to enjoy my life beyond sticking to my phone every hour to post for our business. I’m extremely grateful for this app. Thank you! Thank you! The overall use of the app is brilliant! Really well thought out and easy to use! However you only get 10 auto posts and then you have to pay to upgrade, fair enough, I’ll do that! And then you see the price! £16 a month!? Really!? Sorry you can get it for £11a month if you pay a full 12 months upfront! Sorry that’s just stupid for what most people would want to use it for! Should be a basic plan £3-5 a month that just gives you unlimited auto post for one account, no added extras like first comment and stuff but yea if you just want this app for auto posting it’s definitely not for you!Show lessScotty_p_art

Worst customer service ever! They make it incredibly hard to cancel your subscription. I got charged for a yearly subscription of $120 when it’s been months since I even used the app, and didn’t approve the transaction. When I contact customer service the same day my subscription renewed they were extremely unhelpful, and unwilling to refund me all my money during a time of hardship. I’ve never had this issue with any app. I’m struggling to put food on the table for my family during this pandemic, but all these owners care about is profit. Sadly, I’m not the only customer this has happened to.
I highly recommend finding another app that has the same function that actually cares about its reputation and it’s paying customers.Show lessunsatisifedlalo

This app is useful if it actually posts to your instagram without you having to do it manually.
