This app hardly ever works for me
I have been paying for a subscription for more than a year and I would say 3/10 times of me trying to use it does it work. Videos look beautifully restored in the sample and then when I save and download them they appear completely different (and not beautiful). Or sometimes I can only edit videos. Then the photo edit just stays frozen. Or vice versa. I know this app works for many other divers. I do the delete and reinstall often to try to fix bugs. But I’m just super bummed.

Old Version
Bring the old version back I felt it work so much better while color correcting photos
Photos brilliant…won’t do videos
The software is great for photos and does them really well. But as soon as you try and correct a video it just crashes and shuts the app. Loads of people having the same problem
Videos lagging when saved
Paid for VIP subscription to color correct diving videos, when saved on phone videos lag so much. Not worth it
App crashes
I’ve had this app for years (paid VIP), worked great until a month or so ago. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still crashes. Zero response to my email request for help, so I’ve cancelled my subscription
Ok but now crashing all the time
Great edit app but after a couple of days of VIP it crashes whenever I try and save an edited video.
Not what it used to be
I’ve used Dive+ for a few years, and just canceled my subscription. For the passed few months it has had major issues, and despite it telling me I have a subscription, it will only allow me to use the free applications. I reached out to their customer support and received a response asking for proof of payment, which I sent in. That was a few weeks ago now and I have received to word back. I’ve discussed this issue with a few others and this seems to be the new norm. It’s a shame, as it used to be a worthwhile app.

Watermark
App seems but unable to remove watermark.
I don’t know why I should pay to put your watermark on my photos. I have cancelled subscription until this is resolved and will look at other apps

Keeps crushing
I have used the free and paid version. It is a good app for colour correction but recently it started crashing. Takes ages to process a picture and phone heats up massively and keeps crushing.
