Put the old version back
New version is horrible. All I do is correct photos and save them. This used to take 2 seconds and now takes minutes per photo … it’s now unusable
Grwat improvements but slow to save photos
I really like the recent improvements but wondering why it takes so long for photos to save - I'm using an iPhone 14 Pro.
Stopped working properly
The app crashes constantly and most importantly it does not let you edit the photos properly- it forces the level of colour correction upon the photo, even if you put very little colour correction, after selecting your desired level of correction the app just pushes through a default colour correct level.
This is a new issue and only happens with photos. Please fix this ASAP

Great when it works
It’s great when it works, I paid for premium and still the app crashes every time I correct photos that it’s unusable. What a waste of money
Won’t register VIP
Annoying. Second time I’ve purchased a month’s subscription. Only for it to work one day then VIP membership disappears! Tried contacting the email address given only to get an automated reply telling you the basic problem solving theories. 3 days later and still no VIP nor reply from a human. Very poor service. 4g and decent connection here.
Shame because when it decides to register it’s a half decent photo correction programme. Won’t waste my money on it again though.

My app keeps crashing
I have the paid version of the app and have sent a request for help with no reply. The app keeps crashing everytime I go to colour correct an image or video. I have reinstalled many times, tried resetting my phone, nothing is working. Very frustrating!

App used to work great and still does for photos. BUT when I correct a video and try to save the corrected video the app crashes.

Beware
I wanted to try this software after a year of not diving. Last year it would crash when processing a GoPro video. The first “glitch” was I signed up for a 1 month subscription. However when I got the receipt from apple, it was for a yearly subscription. I applied for a refund on the fact that I selected a monthly subscription but got charged for a yearly subscription, and was told that a refund was not available. Bait and switch! Also, when I had tried this software a year ago, and it would crash when processing GoPro videos. It still does this. I guess I’m stuck with this useless software for a year, and unless the vendor addresses these issues, I will move on to other offerings or process my dive pictures manually.

Works great but can’t load any more pictures
I am using the paid version on an iPhone. Love it but suddenly can’t load any more photos to process. No updates for ages.
