  • I use this app daily!

    I regularly listen to the meditations and my favorite part of the app is using the mood tracker to help me be aware of how I'm feeling throughout the day. The view they have for the month shows me how many times I've had different moods which is really cool! I also enjoy using the gratitude journal and I think it helps me to be more mindful of all the things I have to be thankful for. It doesn't always come naturally for me, but I know how important developing a positive mindset is and I enjoy using this app to help me work at that. If you like meditation, yoga, spirituality, and are looking for a tool that really combines all aspects of Mindfulness together, this is it!

  • Best mindfulness app I’ve used - great for mindset building

    This app helps me keep a strong and positive mindset no matter what’s going on in my life. I found it after watching the founder Monica Ortiz’s TEDx talk on mindfulness and how it can benefit my life, my job, and my relationships. Sometimes I use it for meditation, other times to track my mood, and sometimes just to read the inspirational quotes. Each part of the app is really thoughtfully done and I always feel better after just a few minutes. The best part is since I’ve been using it, I’ve noticed I catch myself slipping into stress or anxiety and pulling myself out of it. LOVE how this app has helped me build my mindfulness muscles!

  • Monica’s teachings are so helpful

    This is the second mindfulness app I have tried and I like this one much better than the first. I love the brief, very digestible content Monica shares in the app. It really gets me thinking and helps me to set a mindful intention for each day. I love the meditations and this app makes health & mindfulness fun and very attainable even for busy people. I highly recommend this app!

  • Essential Therapy Tool!

    As a person trying different therapy methods over the years, nothing ever helped as much as MoM and the Exceptional Life Institute.

    Emotion tracking when I feel funky really helps clarify why I am feeling bad in a moment to process and move forward.

    Much more helpful than just meditation and chat services from other apps such as Headspace, Calm or therapy apps.

  • My favorite mindfulness app!

    I’ve tried other mindfulness apps but what I love about this one is that is has 6 tools in one app. My favorite tools are the mood tracker, gratitude journal, and upspirations.

    I like being able to see my past gratitude journal entries as they remind me I have a lot of things to be grateful for and that lifts my mood. Being able to see how my mood changes over time helps me become more self-aware and know what my triggers might be. The upspirations are both inspiring and practical.

    It really is the most complete mindfulness app available and I recommend it to anyone who wants to become more self-aware and find peace within themselves.
