  • Excellent app

    I have reviewed practically all of the mindfulness apps, and this one is the best, IMHO.

    A few things on my wish list:

    1. More emotions—it is hard tracking mood when the options don’t quite fit.

    2. Ability to upload photos to mood and gratitude journals.

    3. Ability to add our own affirmations. I have already gone through all of the ones in the app.

  • Wow this app just works plain and simple.

    I've been looking for an app that allows me to work on my self-improvement via meditation and motivation. This app does it really well thru inspiring videos. Big plusses are the mood tracker, gratitude journal which I use to keep track of how I am doing towards my goals of self-awareness and fulfillment.

  • Very user friendly and easy to use!

    One of the best meditation apps out there. The global live stream meditation session is definitely one of a kind. The unlock-able achievements makes the whole experience even better and more enjoyable.

  • A beautiful app a must have.

    This is an amazing app. To start my day I always have a cup of coffee and read through some inspirational quotes. A great way to start the day. I also love the gratitude journal and mood tracker they go hand and hand. And at the end of day I listening to the soothing sounds, a great way to unwind after a busy day.

    This is truly an all in one mindfulness app. Live meditations, the gratitude journal and the mood tracker are really awesome features of the app everyone wanting to be more mindful should check out! LOVE THIS APP!
  • An app to try!

    Simple and user-friendly app with beautiful/calming pictures. The gratitude journal and mood tracker are useful. An "upspiration of the day" may be more useful instead of having to choose a category.
  • Small Steps to Large Impact

    Being aware of your emotions and continually narrowing down areas in your life to improve will lead to an overall better, happier life. This app has helped me make those small steps to being more aware of my emotions and my thoughts. I love using the meditations to step away for a bit and relax myself. I highly recommend trying the sleep one as well. You won't regret this small step!

    I love this app, it helps me relax. It help me sleep at night. I also use it when I'm feeling stressed. A must download!

    I've only been using this app for a few days now but I can see some long term benefit in documenting my mood daily and reading quotes to help pick me up. I recommended this to my girlfriend who likes it as well.
